Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Apartment was beautiful and really close to the beach, great access and fun times. Sheree was a wonderful host; she really took her time to make sure everything was perfect. The only thing that was not like any other beach rentals were the beach towels and chairs, which unfortunately are not included. I will definitely go back again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a very good rental. Conveniently located to all activities. Easy access to the beach that has deeded restrictions. The only thing that was a disappointment was the pool. It needs a lot of cleaning. Lots of dirt from flower beds around the pool. The water had a lot of trash in it. My rating is mostly based on the pool area. Everything else was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The biggest highlight was location, location, location — you truly can’t beat it. The condo had incredibly easy access to the pool, and it was just a short, pleasant walk to the beach. Whether we wanted to take a dip or head out for a sunset stroll, everything was right there.Inside, the space felt cozy and inviting. The couch was super comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun — and the bed was just as comfy for a good night’s sleep. It really felt like a home away from home.There were a few minor hiccups during our stay: the dishwasher and washing machine had some issues, and a few outlets would trip randomly. We had to call maintenance a couple of times, but they were responsive and helped resolve things as best as they could.Despite those small inconveniences, the overall experience was great, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach trip with the perfect location and a comfortable place to unwind.

Beautiful condo with close access to the beach!

Beautiful condo with everything there that we needed. Just across the street from the beach with access 1/2 block away. Next door to convienence store which was really nice. We could get coffee, ice etc anytime we needed it. The only things I would say need to be improved is that there be more towels as there were only 6 for the unit. And the upstairs loft is not appropriate for small children or elderly. The space itself is fine but the stairs are unusually steep with spacing between stairs difficult to climb. Other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommend the condo and Dune Allen Realty!
