Donnie & Kathy are from Georgia and have vacationed on 30A for over 20 years. It has been a long time dream to own their very own beach getaway, so when they had the opportunity to purchase Palms North 8B in 2018 they jumped at the chance. They have spent 8 months completely renovating the property and are excited to spend more time at the beach and share their home with other beach lovers.

The Palms North complex is quiet and relaxing. We love the small community of owners and being so close to the beach.
