Large one bedroom apartment with one bedroom with air conditioning, a comfortable bathroom with shower, separate kitchen and spacious living room with sofa bed and balcony with a beautiful view of the gardens.
It is located in a strategic position, very well connected to the city center (the red metro line is 500 meters away, 18 minutes to reach Piazza del Duomo); even closer is the tram line 7 to reach the Bicocca University and the Arcimboldi Theater.
It is easily accessible from the Eastern ring road and from the northern stretch of Turin - Venice and is very close to the San Raffaele and Niguarda Ca 'Granda hospitals.
Next to the condominium there are a Supermarket with laundry, a very popular pizzeria and three bars.

Great apartment - wonderful stay

We couldn't have picked a better apartment for our 4 nights stay in Milan. Very clean and comfortable, in a quiet area, close to grocery shopping and to Precotto subway station, with free parking on the street without any headache. And Guido was an amazing host! Highly recommend this property!

This a great location to visit the Milano and the Lakes region. The train and subway are both easily accessible as well as to the highways. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped and clean. We made a good choice.

Vary nice place to stay, the check in directions were complete and easy to follow. Plenty of room for the three of us. Found a great local, non touristy Pizzeria nearby. It was perfect for us as for what we needed! Guido was very kind and patient in answering all our questions.

Our time spent in Milan and the Lakes region was made all the more satisfying because of the safe and convenient location of this Precotto rental with its residential atmosphere. Guidon est un hôte très sympathique qui a veillé à nous faciliter la découverte de Milan et de sa région. Il a même envoyé un lien tres utile pour nous orienter par voiture lorsque nous sommes arrivés à Milan. Son appartement est très bien situé, il est facile de rejoindre le centre-ville par le métro, à 10mi minutes à pied. A proximité immédiate de l'appartement un petit supermarché très pratique et une bonne pizzeria. L'appartement est grand, très bien équipé et soigné. Une terrasse plein sud permet de déjeuner et diner dehors,ce qui est très agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Milan dans cet appartement et nous vous le recommandons sans réserve.

My husband and I we stayed here for 6 days . We really enjoyed it. Very clean apartment and very well supplied with everything. Just like in the description. The owner Guido us super nice . Speaks good English no problem communicating. Gave us any extra info we needed but in the apartment are all kinds of maps and brochures as well. Walking distance to market, cafe, pizza places and other restaurants. Bus & metro in walking distance as well. 15 minutes on metro to central of Milano. Great location, great host!

Guido has excellent English skills and was easy to communicate with by email before and during our stay. The entire apartment was exceptionally clean and neat with everything we needed for our stay. The location was excellent and the grocery store and pizza restaurant are just around the corner. The neighbors and store clerks are kind and friendly. The apartment is quiet and relaxing and there is even an air conditioner in the bedroom which we enjoyed. The walk to and from the Metro took only about 10 minutes. After that, it was only 10 to 15 minutes to reach most of our destinations. We stayed in multiple apartments on our recent visit to Italy and Guido's apartment was our favorite. Thank you, Guido, for your hospitality! We will be sure to book again when we return.

Absolutely perfect

The property was amazing and clean. It looks even better than the photos. Everything we needed was already here and Guido was perfectly happy to provide assistance for anything else we needed. The location was fantastic. A supermarket right on your doorstep is great (although we had some problems over new years with opening hours) and the pizza restaurant was so good. It was recommended to us and we see why. So much so that we recommend it ourselves. It's a 5 minute walk from the metro station which took us into central Milan. We barely needed to use another line. I can't stop praising this property enough. It was truly everything we wanted and more.

Appartement très agréable extrêmement bien équipé, très confortable, spacieux, bien situé dans un quartier calme et verdoyant et dans un très bel immeuble bien sécurisé. Métro proche pour rejoindre le centre de Milan. Commerces et restaurants dans le quartier. Le propriétaire est très accueillant, disponible et donne infiniment de renseignements pour les visites ainsi que sur le plan pratique Cet appartement est vraiment à conseiller.

Very nice place to stay

The apartment is overall spacious and has all the utilities you need for a break. It's situtated in a nice place with a supermarket very close by and public transport to enable you to visit the city of Milan is you wish to do so. Guido is a very helpful owner. We really enjoyed our stay.

I’m (almost) 49 years old, I speak a decent English and an unfortunately rusty German.
I like good food and convivial tables, unfortunately I’m always on diet fighting with my weight; my motto, stolen from O.Wilde is “I can resist everything except temptation”.
As a tourist I prefer the North and the West of the world, and the natural landscapes at first.
As host, I’m a willing beginner, therefore … I’ll appreciate the feedback of my guests.

Why they chose this property

I've been living in this apartment until the dimension of the family became too big for it, and my brother did the same.
Since then, it has been rented for medium-long periods to young couples waiting to buy the definitive house.
Recently we've evaluated as interesting and stimulating the possibility to rent for tourists, also as a way to get in touch with people (Italian or from abroad) interested to visit our nice city.
We hope that our commitment in proposing a comfortable and familiar accommodation will be appreciated.

What makes this property unique

The large garden, the view on the grass and the trees, the parks around the house and the various available services near it make the apartment a quiet and comfortable nest.
