West Boca Raton is a newly renovated private home in a terrific location in beautiful Surprise, AZ. The property is professionally managed and located just 10 minutes from the Texas Rangers Sports Complex, 15 minutes to the home of the Phoenix Cardinals and the Fiesta Bowl & 20 minutes from NASCAR’s Phoenix International Speedway.
Enjoy warm Arizona sunshine in the backyard with a propane BBQ and a large pool with waterfall, spacious patio area for outdoor dining with seating for up to 10 and lush green grass. NO AstroTurf here! There are 3 bedrooms, all complete with new queen sized beds and unique privacy as none of the bedrooms share common walls. There are two additional, portable, beds (Queen & Twin) which fit in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has walk-in closet and on-suite. This home also features a 50’ flat screen TV in the main living area and 32’ flat screen TV in the master suite. All the appliances including the washer/dryer are new.
The property is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from shopping, restaurants, freeways, numerous golf courses. Visit Lake Pleasant just 40 minutes away or White Tank Mountain 20 minutes to the west.
Getting around;
I would recommend renting a car whenever in Phoenix as the city is spread out. If you rent a car from the PHX airport and book in advance the cost is generally only $25 per day.

Lovely home for our long weekend

The location was 10 minutes from the Surprise stadium which is where we spent all of our time. It was a lovely place. It was well stocked and clean. I thought I saw in the amenities there was a hot tub, but there was not…there was a lovely swimming pool though. I would stay there again if we head back to AZ.

Great location to Surprise Stadium .. house well equipped. We needed something repaired and it was responded to and fixed very fast! Would be nice to go when warmer to use the lovely pool but college ballgames we go to are in February! Would stay here again.

Very clean property, well maintained with all the basics you need for your stay. We stayed for baseball spring training and its a little far away (30+ min). I knew that in advance and chose the property because it seemed better than closer options.

Real Surprise Surprise!

I loved this house! Perfect size and pretty pool are big pluses. This house is in a real (not age-restricted) neighborhood, so there are dogs, children, and noise—just like real life. Maid service was a happy surprise. Lots of backyard privacy and some actual grass! Only drawback for me was not having access to the garage.

Brewer's Spring Training

Perfect vacation retreat. Close to many ball parks, gas, groceries, pharmacies or whatever you need. Previous guest left some food and drink behind, so we did the same. Very relaxing by the pool although it was too cold to use, but a great setting for coffee or cocktails. We will be back.

Relaxing and comfortable

Kimberly is a wonderful host. Her home is inviting and comfortable with everything you’ll need. Both Kimberly and Liberty, the property manager, are friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or needs. The yard and pool are awesome, the house is incredibly comfortable and welcoming, and the beds are super comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again! Thank you for having us!

Family visit

The house was just right for our trip. We were looking for a place that would be both close to family and provide a home like gathering place for us all to visit, and this home was perfect. It had all the amenities that you would expect in a home; it felt cozy, the kitchen had the items needed to allow for cooking, the beds were comfortable and the outside was very relaxing. The Owner was very accommodating, we really appreciated how she worked with us on our schedule to make sure all worked out for us. Thank you and we will definitely stay here again.
