Casa Smeraldo is located in a strategic position to visit the south of Sardinia.
A stone's throw from the splendid Sottotorre beach, in the quiet historic center of Calasetta, a small village in the South West of Sardinia.
Bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops are within walking distance.
Ideal for families, couples, friends or single adventurers, for lovers of nature, good wine and good food.

The bright and welcoming apartment is on the first floor of a newly renovated building.
It consists of a double bedroom with a terrace overlooking the historic center and a sea view, a spacious bathroom with shower, a large living area with a double sofa bed and an equipped kitchen, a dishwasher included. The house is equipped with a large closet, convenient for storing luggage.
A cot is available on request at no extra charge.
Guests have at their disposal a private terrace with sea view, equipped with table and chairs where it is possible to eat outdoors, perfect for dinner!

Upon arrival you will find the program of events, information and our valuable tips for an unforgettable holiday. We can advise you of a shuttle service to / from Cagliari airport and useful numbers for excursions and activities to be carried out in Calasetta and its surroundings.
For those who wish to spend their holiday with friends or relatives while maintaining their privacy, we offer the possibility of renting the adjacent apartment (Casa Turchese).

Appartamento molto confortevole nel centro di Calasetta

Appartamento molto confortevole e dotato di tutto nel centro storico di Calasetta, a pochi metri dalla Torre. La posizione è ottima, perché permette di vivere in centro, dove si trovano le attività, ma anche di raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia di Sotto Torre. Nonostante la ristrettezza delle strade di Calasetta, abbiamo sempre potuto parcheggiare sotto casa. Gli spazi sono ampi, la terrazza panoramica è ideale per la cena serale. La proprietaria ci ha fornito indicazioni utilissime sulle spiagge e la ristorazione.

Wunderbar

Sehr schöne, saubere Fewo mit ausreichend Platz. Geschäfte für den täglichen Einkauf liegen alle nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und auch der Strand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der kleine Balkon muss allerdings mit den Nachbar geteilt werden. Es gibt nur eine Trennwand. Wir waren allerdings fast die ganze Zeit über alleinige Mieter, so dass wir uns gegenseitig nicht gestört haben. Jederzeit wieder!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette location.L'appartement est très coquet, très propre,une belle décoration, une jolie terrasse sans vis à vis, pour les petits déjeuners et les repas. L'accueil d'Annalisa à été très charmant, elle donne de très bons conseils sur les coins à visiter et les restaurants. A 200m il y a une plage très agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location
