****No Party Policy.... I encourage everyone to have fun and enjoy themselves. I recently remodeled this property, with this in mind I do have a few simple house rules. Maximum occupancy is 8 people, NO excessive noise especially after10pm, NO rough behavior that damages my property in anyway. The hotel has strict policies and failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in an immediate eviction and/or a loss of damage deposit.

I have extensive knowledge of Las Vegas and I would be happy to help you out with show, dining and other activity tips. You will have access to concierge services. Let me know me how I can make your stay memorable and I will do my best to accommodate your requests!

The property is true to the description in the listing. Very clean, quieter than a hotel on the Strip, but still close enough to be convenient to activities. Lots of room with two huge bedrooms and bathrooms. Great views of the Strip and the Sphere, depending on where you are in the hotel. Would definitely stay again!

Don was excellent at communication! He wanted to ensure that you had everything you needed. We loved all the space we had as a family; we weren't on top of each other. Laundry was at our disposal, and the bathrooms and beds were huge, with comfy beds. Coffee needs and accessories are covered. And an easy walk to the strip. Free parking and a small gym to get a workout in. Easy walk to the sphere!

We stayed at this property for my son’s 21st birthday and it far exceeded our expectations! It was actually nice to stay off the strip but still close enough for everything to be convenient to get to. We had everything we needed and the suite is extremely spacious. The owner was always accessible before and during our stay. We were very sad to leave. Will definitely stay there again!

Just Off-Strip Penthouse - AMAZING

This was the nicest, best appointed stay I've ever had in Las Vegas! The penthouse has two bedrooms with GIANT bathrooms, plus the full kitchen and arcade and pool table. Just amazing! It was clean and quiet and a fast walk to the strip. We will absolutely be back!

Great place, great location, great host!

I stayed here with my partner and two children. The location is great, right off the strip but still a view and easy access to the strip, and also an easy drive to the airport. Our check in process was easy, and Michael at the front was very welcoming. The condo was clean, we had plenty of room, great view of the strip from the balcony, and the pool table and giant bathtubs were a great treat! We didn’t get to enjoy the pool due to maintenance on it, but there was an option to swim at a nearby hotel if we wanted. Our host was amazing with communication and so helpful. Definitely recommend staying here!
