A few km from Seravezza, immersed in the magic of the Apuan Alps and kissed by the sun, there is the residence of Anna and Michele.
In our house, completely renovated and equipped with a cozy fireplace, you will find a kitchen complete with the most modern appliances,
the dining room with an additional sofa bed, satellite TV
two bathrooms with two showers and a bathtub,
3 large bedrooms with 2 double beds and one single.
And to finish an immense garden dive to let your children run.

It is located in Alta Versilia in the village of Azzano 14 km from the sea, and from the Tuscan cities of art such as: Pisa, Lucca, Florence. hiking in the mountains, paths, rivers, waterfalls, as an example the Pozzo della Madonna on the long river

Here you will find peace of soul.
Ideal as a base for your excursions, near the splendid Malbacco waterfalls, the ancient churches and monuments of Seravezza and the ancestral mountain paths.
You wake up with a postcard landscape, breakfast in our large garden overlooking the mountains. Space for barbecues with the exquisite ingredients of our lands.

Perfect stay

Super friendly hosts. Very great renovated house. Big livingroom, kitchen, , with everything you possible need., 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms. Outside a terrace on the south/west side, with an amazing view on the mountains , In the village restaurant Michel Angelo we're you can eat very, very well We had a lovely time Thanks again

Casa meravigliosa

Villa meravigliosa completamente attrezzata, i proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili per ogni esigenza. Giardino curato e bel barbecue. La strada per arrivare è un po' stretta ma ne vale sicuramente la pena per dormire al fresco e godersi il fantastico panorama. Consigliatissimo!

Amazing place and owners!

This is a beautiful and calm place, comfortable to live. The air is cooler and cleaner than near the beach. It takes around 30 minutes to reach the beach by car, but it is reasonable. Special thanks to the owners, who were very helpful and nice to us!!! One of the best places I have stayed so far.

Il nostro soggiorno nella casa di MICHELE E ANA è stato perfetto, loro si sono dimostrati dei padroni di casa disponibili e attenti. Michele ci é venuto addirittura a prendere all'uscita dell'autostrada per evitare che sbagliatissimo strada. La casa é molto bella, grande e pulita é un po' distante dal mare e dal paese, ma la tranquillità, il fresco e la bellezza del paesaggio compensano i km di strada. Grazie Michele e ANA.

juste magnifique!!

Merci a Ana et Michele! Nous avons été accueillis avec une très bonne tarte salade et tomates du jardin, ce sont des personnes très prévenantes et de bons conseils, les enfants les adorent!! La vue est juste MAGINFIQUE, la vie est tranquille et calme. En ce qui concerne la route, je rejoins un avis....il faut aimer les routes de montagne!: la montée et la descente sont assez impressionnantes surtout lorsqu'on n'est pas initié et qu'on circule avec un type opel vivaro (7 pers dont enf de 3 et 8 ans).....mais très franchement c'est vite oublié vu le cadre, les piscines naturelles que Michele nous a conseillés et surtout vu la sympathie le sourire chaleureux de Michele et Ana. Encore mille merci pour votre accueille et votre gentillesse!!

Magnifique séjour ! Nous reviendrons!

Un grand merci Ana et Michele pour ces très belles vacances! Le cadre était superbe, la maison très spacieuse (nous étions 8 adultes et deux jeunes enfants), au frais (idéal lorsque les températures sont caniculaires), propre, bien équipée, les lits très confortables (y compris le canapé lit). Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux, les deux lits d’enfants additionnels et tous vos précieux conseils! Nous avons profité de la montagne, de la belle cascade, de la mer et des endroits à proximité (Cinque Terre, Pise et Florence). Tout était parfait ! Nous reviendrons!!

Superbe semaine

Nous avons passer une superbe semaine dans cette grande maison. Les propriétaires son très hospitaliés, nous avons été gâté. Logement propre a notre arrivé, les lits son fait. Très calme, magnifique vue sur lamontagne. Petite épicerie et restaurant dans le village. Par contre pour venir a la maison il faut aimé roulé en montagne, 20 min de route depuis le bas.

une vue une situation une maison magnifique

même si l'accès est difficile une fois que nous sommes la c'est le paradis. l’accueil des propriétaires est très sympathique, la maison est grande et fonctionnelle avec une grande terrasse et une vue sur l'altissimo et le tout pour un prix très raisonnable . nous avons vraiment passé un très bon séjour

Viel Platz, sehr nette Vermieter

Dieses Ferienhaus ist genau richtig für eine große Familie (wir sind 7 Personen), wenn man Ruhe sucht. Es liegt ziemlich weit oberhalb in den Bergen und hat eine tolle Aussicht. Allerdings war für uns die Auf- bzw. Abfahrt (enge, nicht einsehbare Straße) gewöhnungsbedürftig - besonders wenn man ein großes Auto fährt. Man sollte wissen, daß diese Ab-/Auffahrt täglich zu bewältigen ist, wenn man etwas Erleben, Sehen möchte. Der Ort selbst ist eher unspektakulär.Dafür wird man von der Ferienwohnung mit einem wunderschönen Blick belohnt. Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig - wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Ana und Michele sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. (Kleiner Tipp an die Vermieter: Eine kleine Kaffeemaschine hätte unseren Kaffeetrinkgewohnheiten eher entsprochen, da die kleinen Espressokännchen uns zu "wenig" sind.) Fazit - ein schöner Urlaub.

Très belle maison d'une propreté impeccable. Parfaitement située entre mer et montagne.

Très belle grande maison, tout le confort et la propreté sont au rendez vous. la terrasse et les ouvertures offrent une vue exceptionnelle sur les montagnes. A 15km de la mer et proche de Pise et de Lucca entre autre, sa situation géographique est parfaite pour passer un agréable séjour. Un grand merci aux propriétaires Michele et Ana pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité sans faille. Toujours disponibles, il seront vous conseiller pour planifier vos vacances selon vos envies ( mer, montagne, rivière, monument historique ... ). Maison située au calme, au coeur de la nature, très reposant pour les citadins. Je recommande cette propriété aux amoureux de la nature, de la mer, de la montagne , de l'Italie !
