In the town of Grignols in Dordogne Périgord- Near Saint Astier.
16m x 8m secure swimming pool shared by 5 lodgings.
Green spaces, terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue ,.
A dining room living room of 30m2 with a sofa bed for 2 people (new 140cm bedding), table, chairs, cupboard, flat screen 80cm. Wireless
1 fitted kitchen area: fridge, freezer, oven, 4-burner gas hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, complete cookware.
1 bathroom with shower, cabinet with basin and WC
1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 single bed (90cm) new bedding
Chartreuse on 160ha in the countryside. Farm at 300m with cows and ducks. Hiking trails on the estate.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday only in July and August.
Possibility to rent by the month or just a few days except July and August
