I brought a group from Michigan here as our lodging while we attended a church conference. The property is very nice and fit our needs well. There were a few issues with housekeeping when we checked in. I informed the owner so he could follow-up with the cleaning staff. He offered to have them come back but, for us, it was easier to take care of it ourselves.Dale, the owner, is fantastic with communication. For me, that is a huge plus.

The house was beautiful and accommodated our large family very well.The previous guests messed up the heating on the pool, so it was very cold when we arrived. The owner and property manager did all they could to get things working well for us and by the end of the second day, it was usable.

Wonderful stay at an amazing property! The house was spacious, clean, and well - appointed. It's location was close to Disney property with easy access to theme parks and other attractions. Plenty of room for a big family or group to spread out and feel comfortable. The owners were easy to communicate with and very friendly. We were there for a holiday stay and they even put up a tree for us! Can't say enough great things about this house. Highly recommend!

We iust returned from the most perfect large family vacation at "Once Upon a Villa". This is an absolutely beautiful home in an outstanding area and Dale has thought of everything. There were 13 of us staying here and we had a great time. Each room had a bathroom which is fantastic. Great house and great pool. The smart features took awhile to figure out and the King beds are very hard though.

Amazing place to stay, we'll be back!

It was such a great stay all around. Plenty of bedrooms for the entire family with a couple to spare. Our family skipped an amusement park day to spend time together around the relaxing pool and hot tub. Property managers were very responsive and helpful if we needed something or had a question. A Few Important Notes:
✔ Pool Heating – This is charged at $35 per day

✔ Grill Rental – We provide a gas grill Free of Charge providing it is cleaned properly at the end of your stay. If not ithe clean is charged at $55. We have a policy of gas provision as left by the previous guests. Most times this will provide you with gas free of charge however, should it run out or be empty then a gas can be obtained from any local gas station for around $22.00.

Our Story & Home
We purchased 301 Vista Drive in September 2015 because our family—four children and seven grandchildren—absolutely loves visiting Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, and Busch Gardens. From the moment we saw this property, we knew it was something special. The spacious layout, oversized pool, and private bathrooms for every bedroom make it truly unique—especially for large groups traveling together.

When we purchased the home in 2015, we saw its incredible potential and committed to modernizing and upgrading every detail. This led to:
✔ Complete redecoration inside and out
✔ Full interior refurbishment for a fresh, contemporary feel
✔ Kitchen transformation with granite countertops, new tiling, and all-new stainless steel appliances

But we didn’t stop there!

✔ December 2021: We replaced all ground-floor tiles with stunning wood laminate flooring for a warm, elegant touch.
✔ January 2022: We gave the entire interior a brand-new look, including fresh paint, new bedding, and stylish new furniture.
