Perfect home base near the canal action

Loved our stay here. Apartment was huge and very well stocked. Air conditioning was a blessing! Only difficulty was crazy hot-cold-hot-cold showers. We would stay here again!

Great host

Our plane was delayed several hours and Nico went beyond the call of duty and checked us in at midnight. Apartment was close to restaurants and public transportation. Would recommend to friend staying in Milan.

Clean big house in quiter neighbourhood

Nice big house near Milan. The spacious and bright place is accessible by a 20-minute train ride to Duomo or other tourist places. The canal area is nice and has a flea market/farmers market on weekends.

Great stay!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Nico’s apartment. The place was bigger than we expected and very well equipped. Nico was a helpful host. The location provides easy access to the metro and street cars. There is a small playground right next to the apartment that was fun during the day. Overall great stay and we would love to return!

Felt like an Italian!

Nico's apartment was just as advertised. It was spacious and comfortable. Nico was responsive and friendly. The Darsena area is vibrant and has everything that you could want. Don't miss a walk on the Navigli at night. We would definitely stay here again.

Large flat in Milan

We had a great stay at this apartment. The size is large so lots of space for the four of us to spread out when we needed our own space. It’s located close to lots of restaurants and shops situated on the canal and only a short walk away. It’s also only a mile or so to the city center to see the sites as well as shop. The property manager was very communicative, even over the weekend when we had a question. Great flat!

Hugh apartment

We stayed at this hugh apartment 7 nights in May. The ceilings are very high and the rooms spacious. The hardwood floors add a luxury feeling. There is lots of light. Building is very well cared for. There are 14 steps before you can take the elevator. The small balcony looks over a park which unfortunately has many delivery workers hanging out and sometimes sleeping on the benches or on cardboard on the ground. So, I just looked to the side where there is a park that parents and children use. In general the area is very safe and the canals sooooo pretty. I would stay there again.

Dear Viviane we firstly want to thank you for taking the time to write your review and we are very happy you enjoyed Milano and the apartment , this is what we aim to. As for your suggestion : I will double check for those missing items (potate knife and the chopping board , especially the second is something we always provide inside the apartment and I was sure there is one but I will certainly check again) - fruits is something we don't leave for a check-in As for the late check-in fee , I'm sorry you find it a bit too much but please consider that we work everyday , 365 days per year and i think it is normal to request a late check-in fee if we wait inside the apartment until 2130/22 , it is outside a standard working hours Anyway I truly appreciate your honesty and I hope to meet you next time you are in Milano Wish you all the best
