The villa is not shared with other guests, the apartment will always remain closed and empty if not reserved.

🌳Outside the house, there is private parking for 4 vehicles, a large terrace with a barbecue and a stylish swimming pool with spectacular mountains and orange trees views.

With my wife and my children, we are the fourth and fifth generations that take care of the family property of Can Sivella Groc.
I am a vet and I’m attracted by the environment in which people live, as well as animals and plants, in a sustainable balance, all for an age-friendly place/word.

Why they chose this property

Our "Pépé" Umbert (grandfather in French), the son of a poor peasant family in Mallorca, early in the last century, emigrated to Normandy (France) at 13 years old and bought this farm for his mother. Later, he retired here, planted orange trees, lemon trees and vines and built a very ingenious system of water ditches by gravity and a vineyard pergola, to produce their own wine.

On 17 July 2015, the garden was destroyed by a fire, and then, with determination and courage, we started, to the satisfaction of our mother/grandmother Nenette, rebuilding the farm, to make it sustainable as a renovated holiday house rental property. Therefore, we engage our guests in this philosophy, to regenerate the garden, sponsoring a tree in every stay.

Viewed Binibassi houses from the seesaw under vineyard pergola . Listen the running water for waterin ditches and feel the orange drink. Swim Sunday in the safareig filled overnight with the spring waters of the mountains of l'Ofre.
Breakfast of organic eggs produced by free-range chickens and drinking orange juice freshly picked and squeezed.
Turn the Jotul wood and enjoy the fire in autumn and winter when temperatures drop at sunset. Smelling cellar moisture in a tastin wine experience.
Visit walking the village of Biniaraix and access barranc foodpath to l'Ofre, cycling down Sóller and its port, visiting and shopping in San Bartolome coperativa and climb Fornalutx to taste seasonal specialties “sopes mallorquines” or “arroz brut” in autumn and winter.
