Beautiful waterfront home overlooking the lake. Over-sized deck and screened-in porch with a scenic view of the water. Big open living area with wall of windows. Four bedrooms, two baths, two family rooms(the 2nd is now a basement game room) and a large kitchen.

NEW fiber internet!

Located on the private side, Jerdone Island, is one of Lake Anna's best-kept secrets. With access to the warm waters, it's great for any water activity. Launch your boat from the key entry private community boat launch, then tie up the boat in front of the property. During peak summer holidays this side of the lake is less congested with calmer waters than the public 'cold' side. It never freezes so fishing is possible year round. Bring your boat, jet skis, fishing poles, and suntan lotion to this one of a kind getaway!

* Newly added game room featuring classic Pacman arcade game and slate pool table!

*2 tandem kayaks, 2 single kayaks, and paddle boards included in the rental!

*Water depths vary in the cove so renters using boats may need to exercise caution and discretion when navigating to deeper waters which is less than 30 yards from the dock.

*Renter signing lease needs to be at least 25 years of age and remain on property at all times.

Great Spot

Such a nice spot! The inside was perfectly fine, but the outdoor space is truly the highlight. The owners have thoughtfully provided everything you need for water adventures—kayaks, paddle boards, a pedal boat, plus life jackets for all ages. It’s a peaceful, quiet location with a fantastic outdoor area that made our stay really enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and have fun on the water!

The house is very nice. The inside could benefit from more lamps and side tables. It was very clean on the inside. The yard could use some help and the Stand up paddle boards are old and not in the best shape. The fire pit area could have used a good cleaning. Overall the place is in a great location and suited our needs.

Lake house getaway

This was such a beautiful property nestled back in the woods but right on the water. Views are gorgeous, water was warm and location was great. Close enough to get to the store or restaurant but far enough to be exclusive. We loved every minute here!

Beautiful family vacation

What a wonderful house for a family vacation. All the comforts of home. It was just four of us but the house could accommodate a lot more. Kitchen was well stocked so you could cook at home and enjoy the gorgeous view of the lake! Loved waking up and having coffee down by the water. Would definitely come back!

great time for all!!

We had a blast!! Two adults, five kids, and a dog spent memorial day weekend in pure bliss!! Well appointed home on the water, 2kayaks, a canoe, and a paddle boat were great. I would definitely recommend this for a family! Large yard was great for badminton, too.

Overall the house and experience was great. Kitchen is very nice and the outdoor area with the firepit and lake access were awesome. The house is in need of an interior paint job but we had a great time.

Lots of spiders pool table was broken. Hardly any lights needs more side tables and lamps damp downstairs. But great location.
