Paulo y Dinis (su hijo) muy amables. La casa es muy grande y moderna, un jardín muy amplio con barbacoa y piscina para disfrutar con amigos y familia. Lo único malo es que hay que ir en coche a todas partes desde la casa, pero no más de 20-30 mins.

Localização: zona: Muito tranquila, tem um jardim mesmo ao lado de casa com parque infantil e skate parque, super tramquilo para estar com os miúdos. Muito simples de chegar e com vários sipermercados a 10m de carro. Casa: exactamente como descrita nas fotos, divisões espaçosas e um jardim que fez as delicias da familia inteira. It was pleasant, the owner was nice when he checked us In.

The house is nice, but we didn’t really feel at home! The kitchen is a commercial kitchen which is something that no one has in a home, the pool is very deep so be careful if travelling with children. The bedding was very old but washed. The location is great, close to the beach, coffee shop and supermarket! You need to hire a car to fully enjoy the the location. The owner is very attentive and helpful. The house is nice! It has everything you need, plates pots cups and it can accommodate a large gathering. The selling point in the house is the pool for swimmers and the BBQ and stove outside! Overall is a nice place, quiet location! Make sure if you hire a car , that the car is small! We struggled to get a fiat in and out as the street is very narrow.

Vakantie te Monte - Murtosa

Binnen was alles netjes gepoetst, alle voorzieningen waren er. Wel spijtig dat de oven heel vuil was en het servies was ook niet proper. Misschien dat de eigenaars dit in de toekomst kunnen nazien op properheid... Buiten daarentegen waren de ligstoelen, kussens en de BBQ heel vuil, dit hebben wij voor gebruik zelf allemaal mogen proper maken. De ontvangst was wel heel goed, vriendelijke mensen. Zwembad was super.

Bonne appréciation d'ensemble, logement spacieux,et agréable, extérieur avec piscine un plus.Cuisine bien équipée et vaisselle adaptée. Pour l'exterieur même chose,fauteils brouettes de bains parasols seuls les velos mériteraient quelques réparations. Environnement moyen accès pas simple ruelles étroites et commerces éloignés sauf boulangerie 2 minutes à pieds.

Refúgio tranquilo de verão

O verão não tem que ser necessariamente praia, areia, confusão. Aqui passamos 1 semaninha em familia bastante agradavel, super tanquilo sem grande stresses de transito, pessoas e com a agravante de termos uma piscina fastastica que nos deliciou a todos. Foram uma ferias fantasticas. A casa é super bonita, limpinha e com tudo que precisavamos. O sr Paulo e esposa foram super bacanos e muito acessiveis. Obrigado por nos disponibilizarem a vossa casa.

On se sent vite comme chez nous dans cette belle grande maison, dans laquelle on trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. On adopte très vite la piscine. L'accès aux plages est facile et on arrive vite à Porto, Aveiro, Costa Nova.

Très agréable !

La maison est bien agencée et bien équipée. Nous n'avions plus qu'à y poser nos valises, les lits étaient faits, la climatisation fonctionnait. La piscine est propre et très agréable, nous avions 5 transats à notre disposition ainsi que des vélos. Comme indiqué dans l'annonce, la piscine est commune avec la 2ème maison (la famille la 1ère semaine, des locataires moins agréables la 2ème semaine...). La terrasse est aussi très bien avec un barbecue et un réchaud à gaz. Une boulangerie et une épicerie se trouve à moins de 5 minutes à pied, pour le reste, il faut prendre la voiture (supermarché à 6 km). Merci aux propriétaires pour leur très bon accueil !

Aucune critique tant que vous êtes prêts à prendre la voiture pour aller n'importe où. Seul négatif: le lit superposé dans la chambre des enfants qui pose un danger car la barre de sécurité n'est pas stable.

Juntamente com uns amigos, passei a passagem de ano nesta casa onde todas as condições que são apresentadas nas fotografias estão conforme o que encontramos. Fomos muito bem recebidos, o proprietário é muito atencioso e sempre pronto a esclarecer qualquer duvida. Fica num local sossegado onde com um grupo de amigos passarão de certeza umas ferias muito boas, assim como aconteceu no meu caso. A casa é equipada com tudo o que necessitam, uma areá exterior muito boa. Reforço a simpatia e honestidade com que fomos recebidos. Ficamos com vontade de voltar, recomendo!
