This watterfront modern property in the picturesque village of Premantura and on the door of protected Landscape cape Rt kamenjak (15 km of walking, bike single tracks and beautiful beaches).
It has a premium view of the nature of the sea and islands and Adriatic sea.
Also close to the sea and pine forest shadow .
The villa it consists of three flor, so it is ideal for families or a big group of friends.
The pool is private use only, and the two or three flor are only rented together as a single unit.
The main feature are the wonderful sea views.
The interior has been stylishly decorated and it has a total of 9 bedrooms.
You can walk to town with shops, restaurants and other activities,and only 150 m from the beach.

This villa is listed as a 9 bedroom house. That is simply inaccurate. This is 3 apartments that are not connected. The living space itself is large enough but the villa is extremley cheaply appointed. There are not anywhere near the amenites that I would expect from a listinf that is considered 'high end'. In fact, I would rate the villa as a budget property. The outline of the house is that there are only 4 proper bathrooms. There are an additional two toilets, both of which are located in the bedroom. When I say in the bedroom, I mean they are openly in the bedrooms. They are not pricate at all which is totally ridiculouse.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that Villa Sunrise did not meet your personal expectations. However, we would like to clarify several points for future guests. Villa Sunrise is a 480 m² villa arranged over three levels. The entire layout of the property, including the bedrooms, living areas, facilities and connection between the levels, is clearly documented in the listing photographs and description before booking. A 480 m² villa is naturally distributed over several levels and is not presented as a single-floor apartment. We also respectfully disagree with describing Villa Sunrise as a “budget property” or “extremely cheaply appointed”. The villa offers 480 m² of living space, a private salt-water pool, sea views, multiple terraces, 9 bedrooms and a location only a short walk from the sea and Rt Kamenjak. For context, this review is an exception to the feedback we normally receive. Our other guest reviews have been consistently very positive, with five-star ratings. We understand that every guest has different expectations and preferences, and we respect that Villa Sunrise was not the right match for this guest. We wish you all the best and hope you find accommodation that better matches your expectations
