There are 3 bedrooms, 2.5 full baths, easily sleeps 8. Centrally located for easy access to restaurants, nightlife and family amusements. Garage parking for 2 cars. Owner rents to Families or groups over age 25 only, non-smoking, no pets.
Rents Saturday to Saturday JULY & August . Rest of the Months are flexible.

No dishes left in the sink or dishwasher. Empty refrigerator. No trash be left in the unit. Turn off lights fans etc. LOck and secure all doors and windows.
Dont forget your chargers , eyewear , check bathrooms especially behind doors.
Leave unit tidy.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This rental was perfect! The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the convention center, boardwalk, and tons of great restaurants. Nice spot

Great spot, we’ll stocked, nice patio overlooking the fireworks and a busy corner. Bagel shop and ice cream nearby is nice. One of the beds was very squeaky. Would definitely stay here again.
