rent for summer periods nice studio 10 meters from the main square of rio nell'elba, the studio is with independent entrance, small terrace, inside living area with sofa bed, table and fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. nearby bars, restaurants, pizzerias, bakery, food and pharmacy. all the beaches to the north, south and east reachable in a short time. the price includes consumption and final cleaning, not including linen (sheets and towels) that can be rented.

Ci siamo trovati bene, il proprietario è stato gentile, purtroppo avevamo degli orari di traghetto un po’ scomodi e abbiamo dovuto aspettare un po’ di ore prima di poter fare il check in ma era prevedibile. La casa era pulita, piccola ma con tutto l’occorrente per due persone.

gli asciugamani neri e fetenti, il mocio più nero del carbone e fetido, ho comprato nuovo, scolapiatti inusabile dallo sporco, ho comprato uno nuovo in plastica, piatti e pentole sporchi ed incrostati, Gli asciugamani anche se pagati ho usato i nostri, i canovacci , 1 nero e macchiato, li ho comprati nuovi, Circa le lenzuola ho fatto buon viso a cattivo gioco.

Posizione ottima nel paesino meno turistico dell'isola. Un unico bar in piazza che suonava una musica a nostro avviso di eccellenza!

La casa è in una posizione veramente splendida, nel centro del paese di Rio nell'Elba dove c'è sempre movimento e persone molto cordiali. L'host è stato gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni esigenza. La casa era piccola ma dotata di tutti i confort, pulita e molto carina. Consiglio vivamente di alloggiare in questa struttura

Elba ist eine sehr schöne Insel kristallklares Wasser sehr gutes Essen und wunderschöne Strände wenn auch manchmal schwer zu erreichen. Kann man aber durchaus empfehlen.
