The accommodation, very spacious, bright and perfectly equipped, has everything you need to spend a wonderful holiday near the sea. In addition, it has a large garden of natural grass surrounding the house and several terraces fully furnished for you to enjoy the magnificent climate that the island offers.
The house stands out for its good location, very close to the magnificent sandy beach of the Bay of Alcudia and its good communication with the entire north coast of the island. Port d'Alcúdia is a tourist area where you will find many supermarkets, shops and a variety of restaurants, as well as a multitude of services and a wide range of leisure activities. The famous areas of Port d'Alcúdia or Can Picafort are only 10 minutes away by car.
