Very quiet house of 140 m2 in its park, in the heart of a small Breton hamlet.

No busy road nearby!

The trails adjacent to the property allow for walks to discover the surrounding nature, to go to one of the beaches.

The house can accommodate up to 10 people.
It consists of a large living room (living room), 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 separate toilets and a large terrace of 100 m2.

Its large park of more than 4000 m2 partially wooded will allow you:
- to enjoy the peace of the countryside by choosing between shade or sun
-detect if you have the eye: Green Woodpecker, Jay, Deer, ...
- to enjoy depending on the season apples, pears, chestnuts, plums, nuts ...

An adjoining meadow allows you to see some animals (when present).

Very nice and large house

The kitchen in particular is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. It has a pretty garden. You do need a car if you are going to stay there.

This is a beautiful, traditional and tranquil property surrounded by its own grounds and orchard, including apple, walnut and quince trees. It is in a very quiet area, within easy walking distance of the coast. There are lots of local areas of interest and places to visit (we particularly enjoyed the Quiberon peninsula and Vannes). Nicholas was the perfect host, explaining everything in full and always easily contactable (not that we had any problems). All to be thoroughly recommended!

Nicolas ist ein sehr freundlicher und korrekter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.Das Haus ist gerĂ€umig und gut eingerichtet.Die Lage im Ortsteil Kerbosse ist sehr schön. Ausserhalb der manchmal doch dicht gedrĂ€ngten Ferienhaussiedlungen. Das Haus umgibt ein Park mit hohen BĂ€umen und WiesenflĂ€chen.Ein Bereich fĂŒr Naturliebhaber!Die sehr schönen StrĂ€nde von Erdeven liegen in max. 10 Minuten Entfernung mit dem Auto.Einige sehr schöne Menhirenbereiche mit tollen Wandermöglichkeiten liegen am Ortsrand.Sehenswert ist auch die Ria d‘Etel in 15 min. Entfernung (FlussmĂŒndung mit großem Hafen) und netten Restaurants.Insgesamt in jedem Fall ein schönes Urlaubsziel.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Umgebung

Wir waren zwei Wochen mit 5 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind im Haus von Nicholas. Es liegt sehr schön inmitten eines parkĂ€hnlichen Gartens mit alten ApfelbĂ€umen. Es ist sehr ruhig, aber in wenigen Minuten ist man am Meer und in den beiden Orten Étel und Erdeven.Das Haus ist großzĂŒgig und modern eingerichtet, und die Ausstattung ist tadellos. Wir haben uns außerordentlich wohl gefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden uns jederzeit wieder fĂŒr dieses besonders angenehme Ferienhaus entscheiden.

Belle situation et magnifique jardin mais...

Sans doute car hors saison, nous n'avons Ă©tĂ© accueilli par personne dans une maison qui avait besoin d'ĂȘtre aĂ©rĂ©e et avec un mĂ©nage moyen ainsi que les 2 tables du jardin les chaises le parasol et le barbecue encombrant le salon ! Pas d'Ă©tat des lieux donc mais des interdictions notĂ©es partout : table, mur etc... Le propriĂ©taire est certes passĂ© dans le lendemain ...rĂ©cupĂ©rer son chĂšque de caution de 800€. Et mĂȘme chose pour repartir : personne ne se dĂ©place et nous ne rĂ©cupĂ©rons pas notre chĂšque donc il faut avoir confiance. Gestion trĂšs limite donc heureusement que l'extĂ©rieur est super et la situation gĂ©ographique trĂšs bien. La maison est grande mais a Ă©galement besoin d'un rafraichissement

abgelegenes Haus mit Charme in großem Garten

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit mit der Familie. Besonders schön ist der große Garten mit den alten BĂ€umen und die große Terrasse mit Sonnenschirm und Grill. Im Inneren des Hauses ist Platz und alles Nötige vorhanden, einiges wird gerade renoviert. Das Meer ist in ca. 40 Minuten fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. FĂŒr Supermarkt, BĂ€cker und Restauraunts benötigt man ein Auto. FahrrĂ€der sind leider nicht vorhanden.

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans la maison, qui est idĂ©al pour les grandes familles. Avec une cuisine dĂźnatoire, un grand sĂ©jour salle Ă  manger qui est trĂšs appreciable avec le poĂȘle. Les chambres sont grandes, la literie de certains lits serait a revoir mais on dort bien au calme. Le jardin est immense pour les enfants c'est top. Il faut prendre la voiture pour aller a la plage ou aux commerces mais tout est a une petite distance. On recommande.
