Enjoy Stinson Beach at it's best in this artistic, well priced studio. Located on a sandy Calle just steps from the beach, and featuring a lush and lovely garden area. It has one large living area with a raised hardwood section for the bed above the tastefully appointed, saltillo tiled living room. Smart TV in living room. There is a small, full kitchen and a bathroom. It is on a shared property yet it has its own entrance and a hot tub. Beach chairs, umbrella, and wind tent. Charcoal grill. No Pets Allowed. Bed Configuration: 1 Queen bed

Such a charming little garden cottage. Spotless & clean, all amenities provided, very comfy for a single guest or a couple. Host was kind and gracious, parking easy and convenient. Hot tub available although I didn’t use. Small table in the garden was lovely outdoor spot. Easy walk to the beach and Parkside restaurant which I love. Thank you!

Kitchen equip is minimal but worked for us most items needed cleaning. Not unusual for rental. Bed is not so good. The location is #1 excellent for non ocean front. Its a neighborhood of friendly folks. You can hear all the owners conversations as they live just outside the door.

Beautiful and Bothersome

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I hesitated to write this because nothings perfect except the beautiful gardens! The elderly married couple tend to it throughout the day(s). The cottage is quaint, steps to the beach, supplied with basic-eclectic amenities. What’s bothersome the windows; dirty in kitchen, moldy sills, blinds broken, hard to open, missing screen. Bed; mattress older not comfortable, Boogie board missing wrist strap, TV; on roller cart-cords on floor created tripping hazard. Space heater (water filled) didn’t work well, wheels hard to moved around. Kitchen; bad non stick pans, blender not good working condition, Hot Tub; lid broken (heavy water filled) unable to open/use fully unless two people to lift off, having to view the fence instead of the beautiful gardens. No outside shower; hose rinse outside owners mater bedroom windows. Laundry; in garage and only accessed when they open it. Our laundry was put in dryer on high and shrunk our clothes! The bothersome from 10 day stay was the owners bickering outside our windows and loud verbal altercation while sitting outside enjoying the beautiful garden. We felt a little on edge after. I wouldn’t stay again but we did fully enjoy the beautiful gardens.

Stinson Beach Garden Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay- great location just a 1-2 minute walk to the beach. Hot tub was enjoyable and the owners have the most amazing flower garden surrounding and enclosing the patios.

It was perfect! Just what I hoped it would be! Lovely setting. The garden is so calming and pretty. The layout of the cottage is compact and cozy. Well appointed. Even beach chairs provided. And the beach access is only 2 1/2 houses away down a sandy lane!

Romantic getaway

This place was cozy and romantic. The grounds were lush and green, secluded but close to the ocean. It was so close to the ocean, loved the sunsets. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We had a great time.

We had a small issue with the fridge, but the owners were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recoiled this place!

Dreamy Beach Getaway

I loved every minute staying at this magical retreat! It's located steps from the beach and is perfect for one person. I spent most days on and around the beach, cooked most meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and listened to the waves at night.
