About this property

This little cottage is close to the ocean and only a short walk to town. This unit is downstairs with two small queen bedrooms, with an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with a wood burning stove and a table that seats 4. The small, simple kitchen is well equipped, but has no dishwasher. There is also an upstairs unit with its own parking and a separate entrance. There is a very private deck off the living area. Gas grill. Dogs Allowed. Renters bringing pets: Additional pet fee for each pet: $25/night capping out at $150 per week for longer stays, $50 extra cleaning fee. Bed Configuration: 2 Queen Beds

Relaxing time at Stinson Beach

The cottage was wonderful. It is a few houses from the beach and about a quarter mile to the town. The house was well stocked with kitchen equipment and had everything we needed to cook. It was clean. We loved the fireplace and stocked wood to have a nice fire on a rainy day. The only issue was the internet which had a few times when not available. It reminded us we were there to unwind and disconnect so not a problem.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love renting this little place. We were very grateful for the quick delivery of some pyrex to bake with. We still missed having any roasting pans. Cooking is a big part off our vacation. We always bring our own cookware - we don't care for the teflon set - but hope not to have to bring oven stuff too.
