When we arrived, we saw the beautiful view of the place and houses, we loved it very much, and our stay for 4 nights we enjoyed it and will recommend to others. This place is best and friendly owners.
Excellent accommodation close to the Cornish coast. Spacious, comfortable beds, quiet and has most amenities. Hosts very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Ideal location for exploring west Cornwall. Property very new, clean, spacious and in a quiet location not far from the A30. Owners very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.
I couldn't fault this holiday venue. Every home comfort was available and the shower was awesome! Very clean and comfortable. James the owner was on site and very friendly. Beautiful location that I'll definitely be revisiting 😍

Had a lovely short stay in this cottage with family. James is very helpful and always available to answer any queries. It was quite hot due to weather so a suggestion to provide pedestal fans in future during summer. The location is superb only 5 mins drive away from the lovely beach of Portreath and local Tesco stores.
Rien à redire.
La maison est équipée de tout le nécessaire, propre et très confortable.
L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter le sud de la Cornouaille.
L'arrivée et le depart sont extrêmement simples et l'accueil chaleureux.
Following a mix up with booking (technology!!) James quickly offered us an alternative property (Blu Skibber). We stayed for one week in the first floor apartment which was fabulous. It was extremely well appointed, beautifully comfortable and very spacious, and even during 'lockdown', had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed breakfasts on our balcony.
James was a perfect host helping us with storing our bikes (and other equipment) and suggesting local places to visit and eat at. The additional lengths they are going to to ensure the highest of cleanliness standards are being met during the current Covid pandemic are extraordinary and need our extra thanks and commendations.
We cannot give enough praise and highly recommend a stay here. Our very grateful thanks to James and Rosemary - we can't wait to come back.
Lovely property with double doors opening onto a stream where we saw squirrels and mini kingfisher birds hopping about.
Fully equipped with everything you need.
Hosts so helpful and friendly nothing too much trouble.
Didnt want to go home was so peaceful cant wait to returm
Excellent location, property was immaculate and hosts were very prompt with all responses
We had a wonderful stay at this property, everything we needed for our short stay was there making it a very enjoyable, relaxing stay. Great hosts, thank you
We arrived earlier than anticipated, but it was not a problem to check in earlier. Found accommodation neat and tidy, and adequately equipped for self-catering. Good location for exploring South West Cornwall. Would recommend and stay here again.
We all thought this venue and setting were excellent and James was so helpful with queries we had and very accommodating. The property was very spacious and every effort had been made to make catering a pleasure with plenty of space for food etc. The lounge / dining area / kitchen area was very spacious and comfortable and we would definite revisit when the occasion arises.
It was very handy for the pleasant local beach which we enjoyed on our two hot days.
Thank you James
An overall good budget accommodation. Adequately kitted out but was expecting a fridge freezer and there was only a fridge with a small ice compartment. Would return again

The property is lovely. It’s clean and really homey with a lovely view of the woods and stream.
Inside the converted barn the kitchen and living area is ideal. The kitchen is fully equipped and I cooked most evenings.
The barn is lovely and warm and has a relaxing feel. The bathroom was a great size and hot water plentiful. I slept peacefully and enjoyed s couple of early morning runs along the old mineral tramways now converted to bike and walking paths, which start just by the barns.
I will definitely return again. Thank you for a lovely stay,
.
