Fantastic location

The apartments are one street back from the beach and one infront of all the bars. There are no sun beds for pool so we bought air beds, u have to keep moving for the sun with the hotel been high. Tiki city round corner is great and woo key hollow for food. Sunbeds round pool

Thanks for your evaluation. Pool area is a common area of the building and is under the rules of the owners board. It is a residential private building not a hotel.

Location in relation to the clubbing area. Apartment is tired. Many items around property could do with replacing. Given that the rental rate reflected that.

Worth the stay

First we were supposed to be staying in islandia apartments which are further back of the main strip. We got offered los caballos as a second option so we took the apartment because it was one Street away from the beach. In good location from the nightlife. The apartment was clean and had an excellent balcony where u could see everything including the beach and all the new town. the apartment has everything in it that we needed including a wash machine, oven, microwave and an iron. Definitely worth staying.

La ubicacion Creo que requiere una mayor vigilancia del estado general del apartamento. . Del aparato de calefacción solo funcionaba a mitad de potencia

Ubicación inmejorable

El apartamento es muy cómodo. Siempre está muy limpio, la ubicación es muy buena y las vistas del amanecer/anochecer desde la terraza merecen la pena. Lo único que se puede quedar un poco corto es el calentador. Si primero friegas y luego te quieres dar una ducha tienes que ser más rápido.

Goed appartement met mooi uitzicht

Goede van de conciërge. Mooie uitzicht Vrij centrale ligging Parkeerplaatsen zijn te klein voor grotere auto's s. Ook is de indeling van de parkeerplaatsen niet erg handig. Bij eventuele modernisering zou een douche handiger zijn dan het huidige bad.

ubicacion e vista al mar

servicio de agencia, muy útil amplia sala de estar balcones cocina equipada y electrodomésticos funcionan bien piscina las ventanas podrían ser mejores, con doble acristalamiento para aislarlo de demasiado ruido. También era bueno tener aire acondicionado, pero la agencia le dio un ventilador y mejoró.

satisfecha

ubicación, vistas, esta muy bien distribuido, baño amplio, habitación comoda, capacidad de armarios. salón amplio y dos terrazas. merece la pena el colchón de debajo del sofá es pequeño y un poco maliyo . pero el resto de los colchones muy bien. la limpieza justita. había arena en suelo y polvo en algunas zonas pero poco más se limpióen un pis pas.

Ubicación lo mejor!

La ubicación es perfecta. Cerca de la playa, apenas a un par de minutos El apartamento está bastante descuidado y viejo: - La cama de debajo del sofa cama del salón, le faltaban laminas y aunque vinieron a cambiarlas, esta muy vieja tanto el colchon que no corresponde con la medida del somier como la estructura
