Beautiful bright and airy house with heated pool in the centre of La Flotte

Bright and airy one-story house in the centre of La Flotte, 500 m from the market and 800m from the harbour. Private garage for bikes, trailers, surfs etc.

NEW 2019: NEW KITCHEN, new floor, new paint.

The house has a 50m2 South-facing open-plan living/kitchen with French doors opening to a beautiful terrace and a new 9m x 3½m heated swimming pool with automatic cover for maximum safety.
There are 4 bedrooms including one en-suite.
- Bedroom 1: King-size bed with bathroom and WC, door leading to terrace and swimming pool
- Bedroom 2: 1 king-size bed opens to inside courtyard.
- Bedroom 3: 1 bunk beds. Sleeps 2 .Opens to inside courtyard.
- Bedroom 4: 2 single beds. Street side.

The Space:
The swimming pool is the centre piece of the south-facing garden and is heated from April until end of October.
The open plan is so cozy and comfortable with the large sofas and the doors opening on the south-facing terrace and swimming pool, and the interior courtyard brings even more light to the bedrooms and living areas.
The bedrooms are bright and airy with high ceilings and decorated in traditional Ile de Ré style.
There is one newly renovated shower room with walk-in shower and a second bathroom (en-suite) with bath, WC and shower rail fitted.
-Wi-fi, Bluetooth speaker, TV with 200 channels, DVD player, DVD library

Interaction with guests: We work with a private concierge service on the ile de Ré. They are in charge of preparing your stay and welcoming you to the house. They will contact you to organise your arrival and your holiday. They will offer you additional services to make your stay even easier, such as linen hire, bike rentals, food shopping prior to your arrival. You will agree with them your arrival time and any specific needs.
Linen hire is available for €20/pers and includes kitchen towels, bath mat and bathroom towels, bed line with beds made for your arrival.

Perfect for a family stay

This villa is well laid out, homely, and in a perfect spot really in a quiet part of the village. Pool/patio is great for relaxing and is not overlooked at all. A great base to explore the island.

Wir haben uns mega wohl gefühlt. Kleinere Reklamationen wurden prompt erledigt. Das Haus ist sehr schön sowohl von der Einrichtung, wie auch von der Lage her. Kleiner Wermutstropfen, die Handtücher sollten im Gesamtpreis enthalten sein und nicht noch einmal separat berechnet werden. Aber grundsätzlich ist das Haus zu empfehlen und wir werden auch wiederkommen.

Un séjour absolument parfait.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette superbe villa. Quel plaisir de pouvoir se sentir comme chez nous, la maison est très très agréable, lumineuse, calme, extrêmement bien située pour découvrir la flotte mais aussi les alentours. Les petites attentions des propriétaires à notre arrivée, l’organisation exemplaire pour l’arrivée, le départ... Petit bémol (sans gravité aucune) la qualité de la télé sfr (mais nous n’allions pas sur l’île pour regarder la télé !!!) Même en cette période des vacances de Toussaint, nous avons eu l’occasion de profiter de la piscine !!! Extra !!! Une eau un peu plus chaude aurait été la bienvenue pour les plus frileux (27degres). L’île de ré bénéficie d’un climat spécial ?!? On a adoré !!! Nickel 👌 Nous avions vraiment l’impression de nous sentir chez nous, que peut-on demander de plus ?!? quel plaisir ! Nous y retournerons très probablement et nous ferons une bonne publicité pour ce logement !!! Merci encore à Sophie pour tout ! Les familles Grember/Filloux.

Wonderful house in a lovely town

Wonderful, charming house in a very quiet street but still very close to the center of La Flotte (lovely town!!). The house was very clean and perfectly equipped, the pool was warm and clean as well and had the perfect size. "Mon Voisin Martin", the company organizing everything around the house and our stay in La Flotte was very helpful, friendly and punctual. We really enjoyed our stay a lot and hope to come back to La Flotte soon!

Great week with a late teens, twenties family (the children not us!!)

Great location, all facilities, with the possible exception of absence of aircon, although on a warm week in July we were perfectly comfortable. Would happily and indeed hopefully stay again.

In diesem Urlaubsdomizil kann man den Sommer genießen! Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und hervorragende ausgestattet. Der Pool bietet Groß und Klein Spaß und Bewegung...! Ansonsten liegt das Haus sehr zentral im Ort und nur paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Hafen entfernt. Für unseren Familienurlaub war es das perfekte Haus! Vielen Dank!

Villa fort agréable, bien située, bien équipée, notre week- end de Pentecôte s'est très bien passé. LaFlotte est une petite ville sympa, joli port, je pense cependant qu'en plein été l'Ile dans son ensemble doit être bien trop envahie de vacanciers ce qui doit la rendre beaucoup moins charmante. Why they chose this property

Ile de Ré is a magical island where we have spent our Summer holidays for the past 10 years. We rented beautiful places in most villages of the island before choosing La Flotte. Beside its beauty (year after year voted as one of the most beautiful villages in France), La Flotte has a vibrant harbour with wonderful restaurants, lovely boutiques, a daily market, and also a sandy beach and a very busy sailing club. Nearby is the traditional market and narrow streets with many small boutiques along the way. We just love the village feel of La Flotte.

What makes this property unique
