About this property

The Country House, ONLY 3 km. from the SEA, it consists of APARTMENTS Mono, Bilo and Trilocali with pool and FREE WI FI. Open from 19 April 2019 to 31 October 2019. WE ARE ACCEPTING ANIMALS of medium and small size with notice.
Apartment THREE-ROOM N. 1 - N. 4 people- max n. 6 guests - composed of: living room with sofa bed separated by curtain, fully equipped kitchenette, satellite TV, free WI FI, double bedroom with TV and bathroom with shower, from the living room with a staircase leads to the attic (l ceiling height from 1.85 to 1.10 m) composed of a bedroom with two single beds and a separate full bathroom without a shower, air conditioning in the bedrooms (including the attic)
and in the living room, safe, terrace of mt. 3 X 3.5, wonderful sea view, equipped with table, chairs and electric blind, private entrance.
For guests it is available FREE: SWIMMING POOL, private parking, games corner, meeting room with T. V., barbecue, gazebo, laundry.
We provide Bed linen and towels for € 10,00 per person and every change required.
The pool is in the country house garden and is only for the guest of the property.

The property is situated in the countryside on a hill overlooking the coast of Porto San Giorgio - Lido di Fermo, offering sweeping views of the sea, reached by ONLY 6-minute drive. The fine sandy beach is about 8 km long with the same seafront, equipped with seaside resorts with Restaurant and free beaches. The bottom of the SEA low.
The historical and cultural city of Fermo is reached with 10 minutes' drive.
The residence is surrounded by hills on which rest small, ancient villages. Here, inside the medieval walls, there are restaurants where you can taste the traditional recipes of the Piceno and its generous wines, also famous are the festivals.
The property is located in the center of the shoe district with its outlets and factory stores

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer tollen Anlage!

Eine super schöne Wohnung in einer gepflegten Anlage! Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! Zu erwähnen ist, dass es zwar nur 3 km zum Strand sind, die Anlage liegt aber auf ca. 100 Meter Höhe! Mit dem Rad zum Strand ist also auf dem Rückweg eine sportliche Angelegenheit, dafür gibt es einen super Ausblick inkl. Sonnenaufgang. Der Pool ist super und wirklich sauber, allerdings Badekappen Pflicht! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ok, wenn man viel kocht, fehlt eine vernünftige Pfanne, sonst ist alles da.

Great apartment, very clean and good aircon.

Clara was amazing and on hand via what’s app with advice on Resturants etc and if we needed anything for the room it was sorted very quickly.

Wunderschönes Haus und Natur zwischen Bergen und Meer

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr (blumig) liebevoll und durchdacht ausgestattet und sehr gut gepflegt. Der Pool und das Grundstück wird täglich mehrmals gereinigt. Ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Hauswart ist vor Ort. Leider konnten wir uns nur mit Händen und Füßen mit ihm verständigen, da wir kein italienisch sprechen können. 'Wörterbuch ist hilfreich' Zur informativen Einweisung kam eine Frau angereist. Mit dieser und auch bei der schriftlichen Kommunikation mit Carla konnten wir uns problemlos in englisch verständigen. Das Haus ist sehr gut für Gruppen geeignet (viele Sitzgelegenheiten im Gemeinschaftsraum und auf dem Gelände) Im Appartement NO 1 hatten wir zu allen 3 Seiten einen wunderschönen Ausblick. V.a. vom Balkon aufs Meer (mit faszinierendem Sonnenaufgang) und zugleich auf den Pool. Klimaanlage in allen Schlaf-/Wohnräumen. An allen Fenstern und Türen Insektenschutzrollos. Die oberen Schlafräume sind etwas niedrig, zum Schlafen war das für uns aber völlig i.O. Die Nähe sowohl zum Meer als auch zu den Bergen ist eine schöne landschaftliche Kombination. Tipps für die Umgebung (Einkauf, Essen gehen und Ausflugsziele/Events) gab es in einer Mappe vor Ort. Vielen Dank an Carla und ihr Team für einen wunderbaren Rahmen für unseren Familien-Urlaub!

La casa di Carla....

Appartamento conforme alla descrizione della proprietaria, pulito, ben curato non manca nulla. Bellissimo il panorama che si gode dal terrazzino colline e mare veramente incantevole. Abbiamo soggiornato la prima settimana di settembre luogo veramente tranquillo a pochi minuti d'auto per raggiungere la spiaggia. Siamo stati veramente.
