This self-contained loft/ multi-use space has all you need to survive & thrive, whether you are staying for just a weekend or planning on spending a few or even more weeks here.

Sleeping accommodations:
Please note: there is no separate bedroom, it's all an open-floor space with an open mezzanine. The main sleeping quarters are located on the mezzanine and consist of a queen bed and a small desk and chairs. On the main (lower) floor there are two couches and a queen sleeper sofa.
Full bathroom with a shower. Hair-dryer included. Compact kitchen equipped w/electric stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker & electric kettle. There are also: crock pot, electric grill & panini maker available for your cooking needs. Utensils & dishes provided, as well as towels, linens & blankets/ comforters.
Although the minimal stay is 2 nights in some cases we accept a single-night stay. The base price for a single night is $150.00 plus the regular fees (cleaning and, etc.). The maximum of 4 guests can in some cases be adjusted but it is a small place and not really roomy enough for more than that.
Please review all the sleeping & bathroom details in our listing with all folks in your party to make sure you that all will feel comfortable with such accommodations.
Comfort is a subjective term and while we try to provide our guests with the amount of space & privacy the way we perceive it, we understand that some people not only don't mind but actually feel better in more 'densely populated' scenarios.
Parking: free on-street parking next to our building in a quiet but very well exposed space. There is one dedicated space with the unit and additional free off street parking in and adjacent lot.

We would be happy to try to accommodate your particular needs and we'd like to get to know you a bit prior to your arrival to ensure a happy, creative relationship.

Great place and host

It is a tremendous loft and perfectly located to walk to the stadiums. Ben is amazing, the place is nice, and he even has food stocked. I would recommend staying here if visiting Pittsburgh.

Great 2 night stay in a convenient area of the city. The owner is a charming man who met us when we checked in and, as other reviews had noted, presented us with a huge loaf of bakery bread. The loft was stocked with complimentary items ( breakfast cereal, cookies, coffee, etc) which was a very nice touch. The bed was comfortable and the location was quiet. We had a lovely time.

Convenient loft near to many points

It was nice. Loft was comfortable, and a creative use of space in a previous industrial location. Neighborhood is interesting 19th century architecture and in the process of coming back from lots of disrepair/neglect but we felt comfortable out walking and exploring. Host was kind and had us all set up when we arrived. Pittsburgh has lots to offer and this loft was very close to it all.

Great space close to the Strip District

I stayed here with my fiance to visit my parents in Pittsburgh. There was plenty of room for us to all watch movies in the living area and play cards together. The space was stocked with fresh milk, juice, sparkling water, fresh bagels, and Ben greeted us with a loaf of fresh bread from a local bakery. We had all we needed for a great birthday weekend and we would definitely book here again. Thanks Ben!

Super location and great host!

My husband, my son and I really enjoyed being able to walk to Acrisiure stadium for the Steelers game, we could walk across the bridge to the strip district and nearby places for coffee in the morning. Couldn't beat the location. Host was wonderful providing the kitchen essentials and then some. Very hospitible and communicative. We will stay here again.

The location was fantastic and the apartment itself was even better! It was very clean and fully stocked with all of the necessities! Bernard even went as far as providing us with some snacks which was truly the cherry on top. If we ever head to Pittsburgh again this is where we will stay!

Pleasant and comfortable stay

I will start with the thing that impressed me the most; the host was waiting to greet us with fresh artesian bread. The place is convenient to walk across the bridge and go to the strip in 10-15 minutes. It's a 5 minute walk to one of the local and well known breweries. It has a designated parking space. It can comfortably accommodate a family of 4. The place is well equipped and overstocked with everything you can think of from towels to snacks and coffee.

Great location and great host

Stayed over Memorial Day weekend for a volleyball tournament. This place was just a 5 minute drive to the Convention Center. Our host, Ben was just exceptional! Excellent communication and very detailed. Met us in person to show us around, even though we didn’t arrive until nearly 9 PM. We were very happy to have some breakfast items, snacks and even frozen pizza as we were tired after long volleyball days and didn’t feel much like driving around for food. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
