A comfortable villa, well-maintained and perfect for a holiday in one of the best locations on the Cadiz coast.



Located on a plot of approximately 2,000m2, the 290m2 property is designed for the enjoyment of its guests and offers spectacular views to the East, ranging from the village of Zahara de los Atunes to the Trafalgar Lighthouse in Los Caños de Meca.



The diaphanous space of the dwelling provides a sense of spaciousness and comfort, ideal for a few days of rest by the sea.



The distribution begins in its spacious living-dining room with an integrated kitchen on an island - fully equipped with kitchenware and appliances; this is the main axis of the house. From here, access is given to any part of the house. Through some steps, you descend to the living area with a large sofa from where you can enjoy the views offered by the immense windows.



From the living-dining room we go out to a covered porch with a table, ideal for eating outdoors with family. From the same living-dining room we also access a second terrace which, in turn, gives access to a small room with two single beds.



The main suite, with a specially oriental decoration, has an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the main balcony of the property.



On the opposite side of the master bedroom, we find an annexed but independent area with a double room and a full bathroom.



The exterior of the property is completely inhabited by lush vegetation. Down some stone stairs, one accesses the pool and barbecue area. A quiet and shaded space with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy barbecues with family and unforgettable moments by the pool.



The property has an outdoor parking area for about 3 cars and a covered garage for one more vehicle.



The villa has air conditioning throughout the accommodation, except in the small bedroom, which has a ceiling fan.
