Since my childhood, I have known Los Caños de Meca, and it has not undergone any major changes at present.
Its good conservation makes it part of the "Cliffs and Pinares de Barbate" Natural Park.
At present, I spend half a year in my home in Caños de Meca and the rest in the city of Seville.

Why they chose this property

This house "Casa playa-monte" (n ° 20), next to my house (n ° 18), where I spent much of the year, was built with the intention of hosting guests during a summer vacation.

What makes this property unique

Comfortable rustic house, in intimate fenced plot and garden, lawn, trees, and shade.
It is located in 2nd line of beach (50 meters) with fine golden sand.
The situation of the house (center of the village and next to the beach), you will not need to use the car to go to the sea, the cafeteria, the restaurant, the nightclub, and to make small daily purchases.
The house, located in an area free of traffic and noise, will make you spend a quiet holiday.
The entire property is rented.
