It has 3 large windows facing a pedestrian street, Rua do Carmo, giving the apartment plenty of light. The living area has a comfortable sofa and leads to a semi-separated kitchen area with a dining zone. The bathroom has a shower. The building has 2 elevators and is modern and comfortable. It is equipped with air conditioning and heating, as well as double-glazed windows. The bedroom beds can be prepared as 2 single beds or 1 king-size bed.



We provide soft bath towels, quality bedding, and premium amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. We have a hairdryer for our guests.



Please note: The apartment is completely cleaned and sanitized before check-in. Check-in between 10 PM and 8 AM - 60 euros additional charge. Stays longer than 9 nights include weekly cleaning. We are located on a pedestrian street, and the closest point a car can reach is 50 meters from the entrance. When the number of booked guests exceeds the number of beds, we offer a sofa bed in the living room. WiFi 500Mb

Great base from which to explore the historic part of the city

We enjoyed this space very much. It was very clean and well stocked. The location was very central to many of the primary sightseeing items and there were many choices for restaurants close by. A short walk to the water was another nice element. Staff was helpful with our questions after check in.
