This cosy terraced cottage is situated approx. one mile from the Eden Project and sleeps two people.
The Ark Cottage is a lovely terraced cottage situated approx. one mile from the Eden Project, near the town of St Blazey. This cottage sleeps two people and has a double bedroom, a shower room and an open plan living area with a kitchen with breakfast bar and a sitting area with woodburner, as well as a utility room with a sitting area. Outside there's off road parking for two cars and a garden with a lawned area, patio and furniture. The Ark Cottage is a delightful romantic base with plenty of attractions and places to visit within this part of Cornwall.
Amenities: Electric storage heaters with woodburner. Combi microwave/oven, electric hob, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Front garden with lawned area and patio with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 1.5 miles. Note: Due to a steep slope from the parking to the cottage entrance and internal steps on the ground floor, this cottage may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Adults only, no children.
