ideally duplex house for 6 people with 3 double bed rooms.
A sofa bed can accommodate 2 people - troubleshooting only - in the living room.
2 satellite TV. One in the living room and one in the ground floor bedroom.
2 toilets, 1 bathroom on the ground floor and a bathroom upstairs.

1 large terrace with a large umbrella and a garden.
