Short days, recently renovated apartment rental, on the island of Lido di Venezia, famous for its beaches and for the Film Festival held every year in late summer. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the waterways to reach the historic center of Venice and the sea with its equipped beaches. It consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, living room and equipped kitchen. It is equipped with air conditioning.
For reservations of more than 5 people there will be an addition of 20 euros per night including linen and paid on your arrival. Thank you

Comfortable home in a good location

Check-in was very smooth, communication was excellent and the apartment was everything we expected. It is quiet but located close to the heart of Lido and less than 10 minutes by foot from the ferry pier where you can catch vaporetti to every part of Venice.

Belle location et très bien placé

Great location!

This is the best location to combine beach and biennale. Only a couple of small things that could have been better. Wifi wasn't great. And the kitchen didn't really invite to cook. But it was good enough to make breakfast and the occasional picnic lunch for myself.

Logement confortable, lumineux et spacieux, très calme, qui a tout le charme des habitations italiennes. Séjourner sur le Lido permet d'éviter la foule de Venise en haute saison tout en permettant de s'y rendre en 15mn grâce aux vaporetti. Le logement est situé à 5mn à pied des quais. C'est une solution qui permet d'allier détente, plage, gastronomie, mais aussi sorties culturelles, visites de musées... Parfait pour la Biennale de Venise.

équipement insuffisant

2 étoiles pour la propreté et la bonne situation à 10' à pied du vaporetto, en revanche le propriétaire semble peu concerné par la location. Il nous a fourni une mauvaise adresse, un mauvais numéro de téléphone et n'est pas resté 2' pour nous présenter l'appartement, et pour cause: absence de vaisselle, (sale, endommagée et insuffisante), literie hors d'usage, et odeur nauséabonde provenant de la salle de bain.De plus, 5 couchages annoncés pour seulement 4 lits. Tant que ces problèmes ne seront pas réglés, il nous semble difficile de séjourner agréablement dans cet appartement.
