The Apartment is located in the historical and cultural district of Santa Catarina \ Bica, in the heart of Lisbon and near the river. It is located a few minutes walk from Chiado and Baixa Pombalina, emblematic and traditional areas of the city and the Bairro Alto and Cais do Sodré, bohemian centers of Lisbon that house innumerous bars and restaurants and a lively nightlife. It is close to Chiado (8 min walk), Bairro Alto (6 min walk), Bica Elevator (3 min walk) and tram route 28 (2 min walk).
The Apartment has been totally rehabilitated in 2016 and is equipped with bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom, combining traditional charm with high quality finishes.
The decoration and the works carried out looked for the comfort, the functionality and the charm of the space.
The room is equipped with a 32 "screen TV with cable TV, antique D-style bed and furniture. John V and comfortable mattress.
Available on request, a child's bed up to 3 years old (free of charge).
The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher, automatic coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the utensils to prepare all meals, if you do not let yourself be tempted by the numerous and elegant restaurants of the area .
The Apartment has free Wi-Fi.
The apartment has a safety deposit box.
