Nice Location for this property and if you are traveling with Children and located within the EU then this property should fit your wonderfully. It is centrally located right on the harbor/Marina of Cavalaire, close to shopping and dining.The main living area is very large and has a nice TV and Wifi. Unfortunately the only air conditioned room in the unit was the main room which made sleeping a little uncomfortable, but not awful.My French is not that good, so check-in was difficult, but was successful. If your car isn't too large, there is a nice and secure parking spot underneath the building. Washing machine is large and works great. My only regret was not reading the listing a bit closer and seeing that linens and towels were not included, which made me scramble to make it work.

Dear Robert, Thank you for your review and for highlighting the apartment’s location, the spacious living area, the Wi-Fi, the secure parking space and the washing machine. I am sorry that some aspects of your stay were not as comfortable as expected. Regarding the air conditioning, the apartment has an air-conditioning unit in the main living area, and the bedrooms can be cooled by leaving the doors open so that the air circulates. However, there are no separate air-conditioning units in each bedroom, and I will make sure this is even clearer in the listing. Regarding linens and towels, as you mentioned, they are not included. I have also added this information more visibly in the listing to avoid any misunderstanding for future guests, especially international travelers who may have different expectations. I am also sorry that check-in was not as easy as it could have been due to the language barrier. I will work on making the arrival instructions clearer and easier to follow. Thank you again for your feedback. I am glad you appreciated the location and the main features of the apartment, and I will use your comments to improve the experience for future guests. Bel appartement avec superbe vue sur le port. Tout confort. Centre ville, tout commerce. Dispo garage . J ai pu y rentrer ma 5008 7p. Aurait mérité une 5eme étoile avec le lit 2p un peu plus large.

Vue imprenable et proche de tout

Appartement superbement situé sur le port, avec vue sur la presqu'île en fond. Plage et tous commerces accessibles à pied. Garage box fermé en sous-sol...j'arrête là sinon il n'y aura plus de disponibilités lors de mon futur voyage à Cavalaire !
