This large penthouse apartment is located in the complex of Villa Cristal 2 in Los Nietos. The complex is front line to the beach and has a communal pool. The property has 3 bedrooms, en suite bathroom, family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and balcony which overlooks the pool area. There are steps to the private roof solarium where there is a large area for sunbathing or eating and from here there are stunning 360 degrees views across the Mar Menor, La Manga strip and farmland.



Los Nietos has some small supermarkets, bars, restaurants, bakers for fresh bread and a train station with regular timetables to La Union and Cartagena. It has the great beaches of the Mar Menor which has warm, shallow waters which are fantastic for families and perfect for many water sports

Nice and relaxing appartment Some minopr things: Free WiFi in the appartment? Some international TV channels? The coach in the livingroom is not very comfortable.

Hello Alexandar, thank you for your comments and review yes we will look at the free wifi at the moment we offer at just 3 euro a day, the TV is difficult as this is supplied from the community but now most is available on internet.

Since this was not our first visit to this property we know that this is a very nice location and thus appartment. So we had again a good time. Maybe till 2017??? Some minor things like: seats and sofa are a bit worn. Little choise of international TV channels. No WiFi available.

Apartamento amplio y bien equipado. Limpieza de bichos y mejora televisión. Revisión pilas mandos a distancia y desalojo de agua de recipientes aire acondicionado

En cuanto a los bichos, se fumigan por parte de las comunidades todas las urbanizaciones cada año aunque es algo que escapa a nuestro control. En cuanto a la tv informaremos al propietario de la queja. Comunicaremos a mantenimiento la revisión de pilas y desalojo de agua del aire acondicionado. Reciba un cordial saludo Resort Choice

pour avoir la TV française j'ai acheté un décodeur donnant accès à toutes les langues 100€ ! que j'ai proposé de laisser sur place à moitié prix ! pour les prochains locataires mais l'agence sur place a catégoriquement refusé dommage qu'elle n'apporte pas plus d'attention au confort des locataires pour un prix aussi modeste.

Bonjour oui désolé la propriété est en Espagne mais vous avez supposé que la télévision était équipée de chaînes françaises. C'était votre choix d'acheter une box mais nous ne voulions pas payer les frais mensuels.
