This seventh floor apartment is located in the popular complex of Verdemar 3 in Playa Honda where the beach is just across the street. The complex has an indoor and outdoor pool (both seasonal), a children's play area and gym. The property has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and balcony which overlooks the wonderful pool area as well as having beautiful sea views. The apartment has 2 TV's, one large screen TV in the lounge and another in the main bedroom. Both the TV's have channels in Spanish and English and you can also enjoy super fast free wifi internet throughout the property.



Playa Honda has a small supermarket, a selection of bars and restaurants and has a bus route all within walking distance. It enjoys the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor which has warm, shallow waters which are fantastic for families and perfect for many water sports. A short drive from the apartment you can visit the natural park and beaches of the Mediterranean at Calblanque

En general, nos ha gustado todo. La luminosidad del apartamento, la distribución, los vigilantes muy amables todos. La piscina demasiado fría siempre, pero nos ha gustado. Muchas gracias. Pues la limpieza del interior de apartamento, cuando entramos habían restos de fiambre y pan por el suelo, y las consolas de aire tenían mucho polvo de tiempo, al igual que las bombillas de las lámparas de las mesitas. No somos nada delicados ,pero nos sorprendio. Gracias por pedir opinión.
