This fifth floor apartment is located in the complex of Verdemar 3 in Playa Honda. It is very popular due to the location of being across the road from the beach and because it has an indoor and outdoor pool (both seasonal) and a childrens play area and gym. The property has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and balcony which overlooks the beautiful pool area as well as having beautiful sea views. It has English and Spanish TV channels and internet access is available in public areas.



Playa Honda has a small supermarket, a selection of bars and restaurants and has a bus route all within walking distance. It has the great beaches of the Mar Menor which has warm, shallow waters which are fantastic for families and perfect for many water sports

Vacaciones

Las dos piscinas, especialmente la de niños fue perfecta para nosotros. Piso muy ventilado Dejar al menos dos juegos de toallas y por persona y juegos de sabanas extra para poder cambiarlas son tener la necesidad de lavarlas y que se sequen el mismo dia. Dos luces estaban fundidas cuando llegamos. La cortina del baño esta rota y por poco dinero se podria poner una un poquito mejor que mejoraria la impresion sobre el baño

Regular

La ubicación. Limpieza. El interfono no funciona. La sii la de la terraza ropa. El cubo de fregar roto. La campaña de la cocina no aspira. La bomba de aire de la habitación matrimonio no saca aire caliente. El agua de la piscina climatizada está fría.
