Charming small independent villa with private pool situated on the hills surrounding the small town of Cambiano, approx. 45 km from Florence. This villa offers nice outdoor areas with a beautiful panoramic terrace, gazebo, furnished garden and private pool. The interiors are welcoming and provide air-conditioning.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Fontanelle with general stores 500 m, a nice restaurant / pizzeria 100 m away, Cambiano 4 km, Castelfiorentino with general stores and railway station 7 km, Empoli 7 km away, Certaldo 17 km, San Gimignano 30 km away, Florence (airport) 45 km, Lucca 55 km, Pisa (airport) 58 km, Siena 65 km away.
At guests’ disposal: furnished garden with private bean-shaped swimming-pool (7 x 3 m circa – depth 1,2 m – open from 01/04 to 30/10), barbecue, large furnished terrace with gazebo ideal for al-fresco dining offering extensive panoramic views over the surrounding landscape.
Parking within the grounds.
Extra Services: Baby bed available upon request (free of charge). Maid service by arrangement (€ 10,- / per hour to be paid on the spot).

The villa offers what the pictures show, but a a stunning view to that. Silvia is very helpful and a quick responder to questions you may have. A Bijou villa but the covered outside area makes it all worth while. The view from the villa is spectacular. The roads in and out take a bit of getting used to but other than that, no complaints. The owners were more than helpful. A very enjoyable time had by all.

Heerlijk huis met prachtig terras met geweldig uitzicht. Prachtige zonsondergangen elke dag. Zwembadje is klein en ondiep maar genoeg voor verkoeling. Silvia was heel lief en super behulpzaam. Maakte zelfs een afspraak met een lokale kinderarts toen ons zoontje oorontsteking had. Heerlijke plek om helemaal tot rust te komen met het gezin. Ook super restaurant een klein stukje lopen van het huis.

Fenomenaal uitzicht!

Prachtig panorama vanaf een heuvel gesitueerd. Het huis is niet te groot, maar praktisch ingericht. Mooi groot overdekt terras en heerlijk zwembad met overkapt terras. Vriendelijke en gastvrije ontvangst. Als suggestie geven we mee om het buitenmeubilair te upgraden.

Schöne Aussicht aber

Schöne Aussicht in die Hügel, auch auf die nach Florenz herankommenden Flieger. Kleines Haus und Pool wie beschrieben, sehr schöne große überdachte Terrasse. Leider wurde eingebrochen während unseres Aufenthalts und Ausweise, Bargeld, Karten, Schmuck, private Schlüssel etc. und damit unsere Identität gestohlen. Deshalb sahen wir uns natürlich gezwungen, dieses Haus zu verlassen und uns für die zweite Woche eine neue Unterkunft zu suchen. Für uns war dieses Haus in keinster Weise mehr sicher. Bedauerlicherweise haben uns die Vermieter trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage kein Entgegenkommen gezeigt und keinerlei Erstattung angeboten. Sehr bedauerlich.

If a move had become necessary, we would have talked about it and offered you one of the houses that are in our program. Alles was notwendig ist und man für einen Urlaub braucht ist vorhanden. Das Haus selbst ist eher klein, aber der Pool als auch die riesige Terrasse sind einfach toll. Man liegt ziemlich zentral und ist schnell in Lucca, Pisa, Florenz etc nur Gaststätten vor Ort sind Mangelware

Tolles Anwesen auf dem Land und doch zentral

Wir haben wunderschöne 2 Wochen verbracht. Wunderbares Wetter versüßt natürlich immer wieder den Urlaub. Aber das Haus war ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Terrasse mit dem schönen Ausblick war die Krönung. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit hier bei Roberto. Das Weter war nicht das beste, aber das Haus ist so gut gelegen um nach Florenz min Museen zu gehen , dass das keine Rolle gespielt hat. Es gibt gute Restaurants in der Nähe, sodass man abends nicht mehr weit zu fahren braucht!

Das Haus ist genauso wie man es auf den Fotos sieht; d.h.rustikal und praktisch eingerichtet. Der Garten mit seinem Schwimmbad und dem tollen Blick war wunderschön. Es war sehr gepflegt und auch sehr ruhig, so richtig zum entspannen. Die Fussläufigkeit nach Fontanelle war sehr vorteilhaft und Roberto supernett!
