If you are looking for relaxation, privacy and an appealing ambience, this vacation home about 1 km from Castelfiorentino is the right one for you, because this small, bright vacation home with swimming pool welcomes you with its atmosphere and colors that you can only find in the Tuscan countryside. It consists of the day area with kitchen and dining area and, 2 steps down, the night area with 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The house is surrounded by olive trees and the garden extends over two levels with a total of two different outdoor areas (table, chairs and brick barbecue). The swimming pool in the shade of the olive trees will give you the refreshment you long for after your excursions to the fascinating art cities of San Gimignano (24 km), Florence (40 km) and Siena (60 km). The house owner reserves the use of the low first floor with access from the back of the house.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.
