Large comfortable Three rooms on the ground floor, facing the pool with direct access.
Large shaded patio out front, furnished with dining and relaxing / reading area.
According equipped back patio with barbecue. outdoor shower.
Inside: large living / dining room fully equipped, nr. 2 bedrooms (1 double + 1 with two single beds convertible into double bed), large bathroom with shower, closet. Private parking in front of.
Brand new and very comfortable, well furnished. Ideal for any customer / need.
We are located in the hills behind the famous Budoni "Sa Capannizza beach", that is about 1 km.
Oasis of tranquility between sea and hills, but well-served. In fact, just 30 meters there is the central square of the village with Bar, Tabac shop and MiniMarket.
The center of Budoni is only 1km.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung

Uns hat die Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles, was beschrieben war, vor Ort. Die Wohnung war sauber und ist schön ruhig gelegen. Sie ist vor ein paar Jahren renoviert worden, Erstbezug stimmte vielleicht nicht mehr ganz. Aber es war alles gepflegt. Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf Sardinien und haben im April schon das super Wetter genießen können. Die Strände im Umkreis sind wunderschön und man hat sie fast für sich alleine. Wasser im Meer und im Pool ist allerdings noch zu kalt zum Baden. Man kann morgens zu Fuß Brötchen holen. Lage der Wohnung, Pool und Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort sind bestens. Die Pizza Da Daniele im Ort kann nur empfohlen werden, auch zum Abholen der Pizza ins Ferienhaus. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nice appartment

We very much enjoyed our stay in Limpiddu. The apartment has a perfect size for a family of 4 and it is all pretty much new and has everything you need. The pool is right in front of the apartment. You share the pool with max. 15 families, however it was never crowded. The communication with Monica / Marco was excellent. We had nothing to complain about, we were just a bit surprised about the recycling policy in Sardinia 😳. The beaches are beautiful and within driving distance of 15 minutes. A big plus was the coffee and pizza place next door and the supermarket. We can highly recommend the place, just the ocean view was missing 😉

I've worked in the touristic field for many years as Tour Operator and Travel Agency, therefore I've a long experience in hospitality.
My family's origin is from Sardinia where all my relatives live.
Actually I leave with my family in another beautiful Italian place: Lake Maggiore.

We have tastefully decorated our apartment, taking care of any detail and providing all comforts.
Limpiddu is the ideal location for relaxing but also very close to the beaches and to the centre Budoni with all services/amenities.

What makes this property unique

Ideally located on a hill, just behind Sa Capanizza beach.
The residence has a private shared pool, perfect as an alternative to the wonderful sea.
You don't even need a car, if you want, since just at short walking distance (1 min) you can find all services: bar, tobaccos, newspapers, market.
