Large comfortable Three rooms Apartment on the ground floor, facing the pool, with direct access.
Shaded patio out front, furnished with dining and relaxing /reading area.
According equipped back patio with barbecue. outdoor shower.
Inside: living / dining room fully equipped (dishwasher included), nr. 2 bedrooms (1 double + 1 with two single beds convertible into double bed), large bathroom with shower, closet with laundry area (washing machine). Private parking.
Recent and comfortable, well furnished. Ideal for families or 2 couples.
We are located in the hills behind the famous Budoni "Sa Capannizza beach", that is about 1,5km.
Oasis of tranquility between sea and hills, but well-served. In fact, just 30 meters there is the central square of the village with Bar, Tabac shop and MiniMarket.
The center of Budoni is only 1km.

We have tastefully decorated our apartment, taking care of any detail and providing all comforts.
Limpiddu is the ideal location for relaxing but also very close to the beaches and to the centre Budoni with all services/amenities.

What makes this property unique

Ideally located on a hill, just behind Sa Capanizza beach.
The residence has a private shared pool, perfect as an alternative to the wonderful sea.
You don't even need a car, if you want, since just at short walking distance (1 min) you can find all services: bar, tobaccos, newspapers, market.
