This unit features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, washer/dryer, 2 TV's, WI-FI and sleeps 4 with King in the master and recessed hallway Twin bunks. | Pelican Isle offers charming accommodations with direct access to the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This property has a Caribbean flair and features gulf-front units with spectacular views from the balconies. Enjoy the gulf side pool (seasonal heated), hot tub, BBQ grilling area, fitness room and complementary seasonal beach service. Located on family oriented Okaloosa Island, you are close to shopping, dining, and recreational activities such as golf and water sports. Monthly winter reservations available but must be 60 night minimum.

Clean, great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit and property were as described and very clean. Great location. Would definitely stay in this unit again when traveling with a smaller group. I do have a few very minor suggestions: a curtain in the bedroom would be helpful. The light is very bright outside the window. The hallway bathroom needs a shelf or something in the shower.

We really enjoyed every aspect of our stay, from the great views of the gulf to the sunrises and sunsets, and the beach service is a huge plus! Would recommend and would definitely stay here again. Also communication was very prompt and easy.

Reviewer Comments: we enjoyed our staff. the condo itself was a bit dated though. only real issue we had was the light coming in the master bedroom at night. would recommend some type of blackout curtain
