Nikte #7 is gorgeous penthouse condo with wonderful ocean views! This 3 bedroom luxury unit is located in the central part of Akumal's Half Moon Bay, close to La Lunita and La Buena Vida restaurants, and a short walk from the natural aquarium that is Yalku Lagoon.

The condo counts with a large, open plan, living / dining / kitchen area and all the modern conveniences such as central AC, flat screen TV and WIFI.

Akumal is a small beach community with ecologically minded locals, and two swimming bays which are the perfect home to a diversity of tropical marine life and endangered sea turtles. Akumal is located a 20 min drive from the popular resort towns of Playa del Carmen and Tulum, and just one hour south of Cancun International airport.

Amazing time in Akamal

The condo is spacious and clean with unbelievable views of Half Moon Bay. The rooftop patio is off the charts and is great for star gazing! The management company staff is quick to meet your needs and help with anything you need. I can't wait to go back!

Better than expected

This condo was everything promised and more. The views are incredible, it was clean, comfortable and supplied everything we needed. The bonus was the rooftop lounge which wasn’t apparent from the photos but it was incredible - we hung out there often including for the sunset over the jungle and watching the stars. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Loved the top floor for star gazing and privacy. Akumal beach was full of sargassum so we didn’t really have a beach experience but the bay was beautiful and up on the top floor we weren’t really bothered by the sargassum. Pool was nice, cool and refreshing. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo does not disappoint!! Spacious, clean and beautifully decorated and the VIEW spectacular! Our group of 6 were wowed the minute we walked in the door. The rooftop deck is definitely an extra special bonus! From the booking to our check out, the property management provided great customer service. The overall property is very well maintained and the maintenance guys were always willing to lend a hand with bringing up groceries, suitcases etc.

Wonderful except for elevator and hot tub

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nikte 7 was a very comfortable, well-designed space with a fantastic view. Management and staff kept the condo and grounds clean. We rented a golf cart from the management company easily. There was snorkeling equipment at the condo that we enjoyed using. Our only complaint was that the elevator was out of service often—enough that we didn’t feel comfortable taking it when it was working. A warning about this would have been helpful, as we had two elderly guests in our party who sometimes had difficulty walking up 4 flights of stairs. Future guests should also know that although we asked two different people for the jacuzzi to be filled up, it never was. It was also dirty.

It looked like it hasn't been working for a long time... Only a few beach chairs for the whole cond.Staff was helpful

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2000 characters is not enough to describe how fantastic this condo is. where to start? steps to the pool and then steps to the ocean. We never had to fight for beach chairs. the entry to the ocean is rocky - just know before you go. Having said that, if you walk to the first palapa north of the condo and enter from there, the rocks are larger and smoother. Also, you can see all the sand bars which are easy to reach - the ocean is fairly shallow for quite a distance. Despite the rocky entry, we spent more time in the ocean than we have in a long time. The condo has 2 paddle boards and a kayak. Don't you hate it when you rent a place and there are no seasonings and the entire place is stripped bare of essentials? Not this place - plenty of seasonings, coffee and if a prior guest left food that had not been opened, it remained (such as frozen tortillas, frozen chicken strips, etc.). this was a plus - why throw out unopened preserved food? The condo - wow! very spacious. Hot water was plentiful. The management company was across the street and very accommodating. The maid came daily but if you don't need her every day, just make arrangements. Please don't forget to tip her - she works hard. The master BR faces the ocean with the 2 spares facing the jungle. comfortable beds. Wi-Fi- I saw prior complaints. I think there has been an upgrade since as it was 5G and reached to the beach. NO issues with Wi Fi. yetis, coolers, plenty of beach towels, w/d, iron, ironing board, steamer, safe, books, games, umbrella for the beach. Large oceanside balcony accessible from LR and Master BR. Only 1 tv - but who cares - you aren't there to watch tv. Private roof top is fantastic. There is an elevator to the unit - great for my elderly mother in law. My only complaint - and it is minor - we were told it was not cold enough for water in the hot tub. It was first week of February - it was "cold" enough at night and we would have enjoyed its use. Minor quibble.
