PARK YOUR CAR AND WALK EVERYWHERE FROM CHARMING SOUTH REHOBOTH. This 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home is located in the third ocean block of Stockley Street. With a large yard for children to play, this home also offers a nice screened porch, open floor plan on the first floor and each room has its own TV, even on the screened porch... 9 TVs!! Take a short stroll to the beach, boardwalk, downtown Rehoboth restaurants and shops, and nearby community playground located on the fourth block of Stockley Street in front of Silver Lake. WiFi and two parking spaces in driveway provided. If you have an extra large family, rent the house right next door too - 702 Scarborough Avenue! No smoking, No pets.
Guests pay $140.00 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

Great location for family vacation

Beautiful house, great location

We really enjoyed our visit! The house was in great condition, very clean and updated. All the appliances were in great condition and the beds were comfortable. It’s a short walk to the beach and downtown area and sooo close to the playground!

It was a very nice house. Since one in our party is disabled it would have been helpful to know that it was 3 long blocks to the beach, not 2. And I wish my blanket was washed, that’s the first thing I did when I got there

Girls weekend!

From initial booking to checkout, everything was seamless! Jamie at Berkshire Hathaway was not only incredibly prompt with answers to our inquiries and followed up with any issues, he also was just so upbeat and friendly. Great customer service. The house was well furnished with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the 3 king beds and the queen/double combo. No need to draw straws! The location was easy walking to town and the boardwalk. Looking forward to another mini reunion. Thanks for the lovely accommodations.

Wonderful weekend in Rehoboth!

We truly enjoyed this property! It was perfect for our family weekend in Rehoboth, which included 9 adults. The house is well appointed, with 3 very comfortable king beds, and another queen and single, and very nice kitchen (with everything you need for cooking for the family). The great room, kitchen and dining room were terrific - the open concept was a great space for everyone to be together. The location was also very nice. Close to Silver Lake and easy to get into Rehoboth and Dewey. Sam at Berkshire Hathaway/Gallo was great to work with. Checking and checking out was super easy. Everyone at the management company was great. We would definitely rent this property again. :-)

Quiet neighborhood that is also close to a park with slides and swings. The property mgt company was very professional and responsive throughout the week. Providing beach chairs would have been nice. The one main negative that I have is that the owner was always around the house. He took it upon himself to take care of the garbage/recycling multiple times during the week and him and his wife were cutting the grass one day at 8:30am while we were waking up. On the last day, he was out front at 9:15am while we were packing the cars. After checking out, I received a very weird call that two pictures of their grandkids were missing. Assume you figured out what happened since I never received a call back after I returned your call and talked to the gentleman at the front desk.

The only problem was The front door lock needs to be replaced. We had a really hard time locking the door every time we left.And the batteries need to be checked in the controllers and thermostats. The upstairs thermostat batteries were corroded so the thermostat wasn’t even working and we found a couple remotes that didn’t work because of the batteries.

Wonderful!

Our group of 7 adults and 1 child thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend away! The living space had plenty of seating and the long dining room table was perfect for games! The bedrooms were spacious with enough space for a pack-n-play. The home was completely child-friendly and just across the street from the play area. We absolutely will be checking out this property to rent in the future! The only thing we didn’t expect was the fence was down for the neighbor’s construction but still a wonderful space to play with supervision.

Perfect for our trip

We were in town for a quick weekend stay during the Coastal Delaware Running Festival. The house was conveniently located to the start/finish (walkable) and provided the perfect pre and post race accommodations. Clean, spacious, well appointed and great family gathering spaces indoors and out. The BHHS Gallo team was terrific to work with, too.

Great house by the playground and easy walk to beach

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very nice to have two parking passes so we could have the option to walk or to drive to the beach or other permit parking spots. With two toddlers, it was also fantastic to be so close to the beach. The King beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed (other than lack of pantry space) and the layout was great!
