Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

My wife and I purchased this villa to enjoy time away with our family at the Delaware beach. Bay Forest offers the opportunity to engage in many great activities-from hiking or biking along beautiful trails that run throughout the community, to swimming in the lap pool or floating down the lazy river. The community has tennis courts, a state of the art fitness center and a restaurant that provides pool side delivery of drinks and meals.
My family particularly enjoys spending time around the community outdoor fire-pit on nice summer nights. A second community pool and club house will be open for the 2018 summer season! Although we are only a few short miles from Bethany Beach, the convenient shuttle service to the beach allows us to not worry about searching for a parking spot or paying the parking meters.
