Very nice valley view (west exposure) and Mont Blanc with sun-drenched terrace.

Good base for ski area

Ideal location to explore massive ski area, easy to get up and out avoiding queues. Little walk into 1800 centre where there is a few bars and restaurants (need to book ahead) Accommodation tidy and well presented and has everything you need.

Great stay!

Excellent apartment, clean and comfortable with plenty of space for 4 adults. Location was perfect, right next to a lift up to the main ski area with pizza / bakery and ski shop literally downstairs. Communication with host was excellent, concierge linkage was a little clunky and inventory update and submission was a bit of pain, but no major issue. Would recommend!

Great location for ski in/out

Spent 6 days at the property in Jan 23. Great location only a short walk from the centre of 1800. Bus stop just outside. The nearest lift is only a few yards away accessible from the 4th floor so great for catching the first lift of the day. Two ski rentals places underneath and a pizza eat in/takeaway just a few yards walk. Need to book on main nights. The property was very clean and was plenty big enough for 4 x adults with all the ski gear and luggage. Two toilets which was handy and a very good overhead modern shower. Highly recommended.

The property is in an excellent location right next to the ski lift with a ski hire shop below and bakery and pizza take away next door. Reasonably quiet location but good link for the bus route with the stop just outside. The property is advertised as having an oven but there isn’t. The microwave and grill didn’t work, and we were not made aware of bed sizes to take the right linen until the day we arrived. Even then, the bed size we were told was a double but it was actually a king size. No WiFi and limited reception. Overall, the faults were small, but the layout was perfect for 4 people and the location is excellent.

Séjour du 08 au 12 Juillet 2024

Le positif: Appartement bien placé, tout est accessible à pied (commerces, restaurants, télécabine, balades, piscine...). Il y a des jolis sites à voir autour sans faire des heures de voiture. Le négatif: La propreté est à revoir, certaines alèses étaient très sales, froissées et pas correctement mises, Certaines couettes ont des taches. La première impressions que nous avons eu en découvrant les chambres n'était pas bonne, comme si les locataires précédents venaient de partir et que personnes n'était passé pour redresser les lits. Une des "chambres" et très petite (juste la place pour passer entre le mur et le lit superposé). cet appartement est loué comme pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 7 personnes, ça me semble fait pour 5 personnes max si ont ne veut pas trop se marcher dessus. L'aspirateur ne fonctionne pas, le four fonctionne bizarrement (les boutons ne fonctionnent pas très bien). La porte donnant sur le balcon ne ferme pas correctement (l'air passe). Bref pour conclure je dirais que cet appartement pourrait être convenable si les choses mentionnées en négatif étaient prises en compte.

Estancia una semana para esquiar

Sobretodo la ubicación para ir a esquiar és fantástica, remonte al lado del edificio. Apartamento bién aprovechado. Cocina y baño del piso de arriba excelente. Faltaria un poco de limpieza de los rincones y los protectores de los colchones. Hemos estado muy a gusto.

L'appartement est bien situé, bien équipé, la station Arcs 1800 propose beaucoup d'activités en été et on fait tout à pied depuis l'appartement. Petits bémols sur la propreté à notre arrivée ( vaisselle sale qu'il a fallu relaver avant de manger mais c'était sans doute le fait des précédents locataires) les couettes et protège matelas n'étaient pas propres non plus. Immeuble pas très bien insonorisé, un peu vieillot mais très bien entretenu.

Logement correct, attention à la propreté et à la précision de la description

Le logement est conforme à l'annonce et bien situé (départ et arrivée skis aux pieds). Le séjour est bien lumineux et l'appartement plutôt bien équipé. Attention à la description (lit double en 140x190 et non en 160x200 comme décrit). La propreté laisse un peu à désirer (serpillères humides trouvées sales et en boule dans un placard = odeur terrible !), peut-être du fait de locataires précédents... Dommage aussi qu'il n'y ait pas de local pour les skis et chaussures qui encombrent vite l'appartement.

Appartement conforme aux photos, aux pieds des pistes. Un peu éloigné du village, il y a une supérette en bas et 2 magasin de locations. Bien équipé, propre mais certaine chose sont à changer ou à faire nettoyer ( balais de toilette, et housse de couette tachée de sang), ce n'est pas la faute du propriétaire car pas sur place mais plutôt à celui qui le gère. Dommage pas de Wifi durant notre séjour
