The apartment is located on the sixth floor of a beautiful 1930's building typical Niçois recognizable by its cupolas Belle Epoque.
Beautiful views of Nice and its surroundings from all rooms, very bright and sunny, crossing East (bathroom) / West (bedroom and living room).
Very comfortable: lift, double glazing in all rooms, air conditioning, marble bathroom, two televisions: in the living room and bedroom, Wifi connection.
Ideally placed for walking tours:
Palais des expositions at 160 meters, Acropolis convention center 550 meters, Nice Riquier train station 600 meters serving the line passing through Monaco to Italy and in the other direction to Cannes, Museum of Contemporary Art 900 meters, Old Town 850 meters, Promenade des Anglais 1700 meters, ...
The tram stop "Palais des expositions" is located at the bottom of the building. The street is busy but quiet because only the tram passes.
If needed a medical office on the second floor in the building.
Street and shopping area including a bakery 15 meters, large supermarket 500 meters.
Rental 3 nights minimum.

Great Nice
Very clean property, the location of the condo was close to the center. It was a little noisy at night, beside that we enjoyed our stay.

Apartment situated to make everything for feet, in a livened up but quiet street because there are no cars, the streetcar is at the bottom of the building. Beautiful views of the apartment, very bright and comfortable.
