Beautiful 3-room apartment in the heart of the Old Town
Located in the heart of the old town, close to the Cours Saleya (flower market) and the Promenade des Anglais, you will enjoy a privileged location to visit Nice on foot !
Very nice modern 3-room apartment located on the 4th floor with elevator, you will however have to climb a few additional steps when leaving the elevator to access the apartment.
The apartment has a living room consisting of a living room with TV, sofa, an open kitchen (fridge, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, ceramic hob, kettle), dining area with table and chairs.
It also has two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower & a separate WC.
Bed and bath linen is provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee), free Wi-Fi internet connection.
The products at your disposal are welcome products, to allow you to arrive in complete peace of mind. We cannot guarantee that they are sufficient for the duration of your stay. It depends on your personal consumption.

Wonderful location and comfortable stay
If you an overcome the exterior of the building and the entrance at night then you will be ok. Once inside the apartment is exactly as described. It could use a deep cleaning and better communication with the managers that handle this property.
The apartment was completely refurbished and is wonderful and practical. Again, location, location location!!!
