GIUSEPPE HOUSE WITH PRIVATE POOL

The house is equipped with all comforts .. !! It has TV with satellite receiver, washing machine, hairdryer, toaster, barbecue, towels, beach towels etc ... nothing really is missing ... !!! The bedrooms are located on the first floor in the attic. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two singles. Both bedrooms have two wardrobes and a neighboring bathroom .. !! The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Outside there is a large veranda, a large car park ... a garden with trees and flowers .. !!! The garden is completely fenced and there are no dangers for children. Animals are not admitted.

Beautiful property. Great pool and fantastic value. Balesrate bit of a suburb. Nice beach but not much to do there. With a car you can get to some wonderful places. Great communication via WhatsApp with proprietor,though be ready translate which is no problem these days. Would definitely return. Thank you Angela!

Villa for perfect holidays

We just came back from 2 weeks stay in this perfect Villa. The villa has everything you need including pool for personal use, kitchen, washing machine, WiFi. It was perfect clean when we arrived and mostly daily Pepe came to clean the pool. It’s in walking distance from Balestrate, but easier to get there by car as it’s bit up the hill located. From the terrace you have a wonderful view and the communication with the owner was perfect. We loved to be there.

Magnificient!

Our stay in Villa Giuseppe was perfect: very nice house with beautiful big garden and nice swimming pool. The house is air-conditioned at an extra charge of 35 euro per week. The host and owner are so friendly and quick-responsive to any question or problem. All you need is present in the house, including washing machine. In Balestrate there are a lot of restaurants and the villa is close to the beach. You need however a rental car for your trips. Closest big supermarkt is in Alcamo ( 10-15 min drive).

Wir haben alles exakt so vorgefunden, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Das Haus und der Garten isind gepflegt und sauber und liegt sehr ruhig etwas oberhalb des Stadtzentrums zwischen einer Mango- und Olivenplantage. Dadurch haben wir wunderbar schlafen können. Zum Strand kann man zwar nicht zu Fuß, ist aber innerhalb von 5 min mit dem Auto dort und wir haben auch immer einen Parkplatz gefunden, da wir außerhalb der Saison da waren. Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation haben super geklappt und bei Problemen (z. B. Stromausfall nach einem sehr heftigen Gewitter oder Ppolverunreinigung nach Starkregen) stand der Eigentümer innerhalb von 30 min vor der Tür und hat sofort geholfen. Lediglich Kleinigkeiten, wie Handtuchhaken oder Salatbesteck haben wir vermisst, aber wenn das alles ist, ist es doch perfekt für einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Wir würden jederzeit gern wiederkommen!

Der Pool war ganz OK. Eine Klimaanalge ist im Flurbereich Obergeschoss angebracht und soll somit für beide Schlafzimmer ausreichend sein. D.h. aber, das funktioniert nur, wenn beide Zimmertüren der Schlafzimmer geöffnet bleiben. Quietschende Zimmertüren und Betten sind dann eine zusätzliche Geräuschquelle. Es waren auch nur 3 Liegen für den Pool da. Ein paar kleinere Reparaturen ( Duschkopf der Pooldusche, Wasserhahn in der Küche und Duschstangen in beiden Duschen ) würden dem Haus gut tun. Im Untergeschoss sollte nach dem Wasserdruck im Bad und in der Küche geschaut werden. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter hat aber super geklappt.

Fijne locatie, met zeer hulpzame eigenaars Rustig gelegen net buiten balestrade, met een mooie grote tuin en zwembad. Terras echt heerlijk om te zitten, zowel overdag als savonds. Klein minpuntje zijn de mieren, die je overal tegenkomt, niet zorgelijk, maar zou fijn zijn als ze er niet waren. Al met al een absolute aanrader.

Grazie per le belle parole che la signora ha avuto per la nostra proprietà, mi dispiace per l'inconveniente delle formiche, se mi informava del problema avrei provveduto ad utilizzare un repellente intorno al perimetro della casa per farle allontanare . Soggiorno magnifico

Location meravigliosa, sulla collina di Balestrate dalla quale si ammira il mare. Posto stupendo, casa confortevole, molto pulita, accogliente e accessoriata: oltre alla piscina, barbecue, doccia e rubinetto esterno, spazi esterni fantastici e molto fruibili anche in pieno caldo, che non si avverte per la posizione della villetta e della veranda in particolare, che, in ogni caso è dotata anche di tende e all'occorrenza possono essere utili. Noi non le abbiamo mai usate perché anche con 40 gradi c'era un'arietta deliziosa, permettendoci di pranzare sempre all'esterno. Proprietari molto gentili, disponibili e attenti alle esigenze dei loro ospiti. Unico neo.... un dramma la ripartenza!

5 stelle su 5 – Sistemazione perfetta!

Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni in questa splendida casa di Eugenio e Angela e siamo rimasti assolutamente entusiasti! La posizione è fantastica – tranquilla, ma comunque vicina a tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. La casa era impeccabilmente pulita e dotata di ogni comfort, non ci è mancato nulla. L’arredamento accogliente e i dettagli curati ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente l’ampio spazio esterno, perfetto per rilassarsi. Angela è stata così premurosa da procurare persino un lettino per il nostro bambino, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più confortevole. Eugenio e Angela sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili, rendendo la nostra vacanza indimenticabile. Torneremo sicuramente!

Super maison!

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans cette belle maison, tout est très propre, bien équipée et très fonctionnelle, la maison est belle et confortable, il y a la climatisation dans les chambres et les lits sont confortables. La terrasse est magnifique, elle surplombe la piscine et il y a la vue sur les montagnes et un petit bout de mer tout au fond. La terrasse est équipé d’une table pour 6 et d’un salon de jardin très sympa. La piscine est géniale, grande, propre, bien exposée! Nous recommandons cet endroit! La piscine est géniale,

Magnifique villa !

Superbe villa moderne parfaite pour un séjour en famille. La piscine est top, la terrasse ombragée et idéale, et la maison est très bien équipée, y compris le sèche cheveux et la machine à laver😉. Prévoir 35 eur la semaine pour la climatisation qui fonctionne très bien. La communication avec Angela est parfaite. Une maison idyllique et charmante. Prévoir cependant une voiture pour visiter, y compris Balestrate. Commerces et plages accessibles à proximité en voiture. Pour un séjour reposant en famille, allez-y sans problème !
