comfortable and convenient

Our host was always available for any snafus. The apartment was quiet and an easy walk to the city center and bus stops. The kitchen was well-equipped. We felt very much at-home there.

Great apartment in a quiet neighbourhood

The property is spacious and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. It is an easy, pleasant walk into the old town through a nice, safe neighbourhood. There are lots of amenities close to the apartment but the street where the apartment is located is quiet with little traffic. We will definitely go back.

Perfect

The location was perfect for easy walking access to local attractions, beach, restaurants and transportation links. A humble local apartment, we felt like part of the neighborhood enjoying the local bars, restaurants and plazas. The place was equipped with everything you need for a home away from home. Kitchen floor could use a little maintenance, but it was not a distractor to a great stay.

Great apartment in a wonderful city!

I stayed in this apartment for 2 months in the winter of 2019, and it was a great experience. The host was extremely attentive and flexible during the booking process and throughout my stay, and the flat was immaculately clean on arrival. It's well equipped (full-size refrigerator, oven, induction cook top, washing machine) in a clean and quiet building with an elevator, and a safe neighbourhood with all amenities and excellent transit links. I used the bus mostly to get to the station to explore Andalucia, as everything else in the city was an easy walk. Friendly and welcoming neighbours. A wonderful experience, and I would both recommend the apartment to others and book it again myself.

Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Appartement très propre ,bien équipé , rien ne manque. Quartier calme. Commerces essentiels à proximité. Emplacement idéal pour aller à pied au centre de Malaga , restaurants , plages. Stations de bus à quelques mètres ainsi qu’une station taxis . Propriétaire très sympathique et très réactif. Il donne de très bons conseils de visites et restaurants . On peut suivre ses conseils les yeux fermés. Un sans faute! Vous ne serez pas déçus de séjourner dans cet appartement.

Saubere Wohnung in zentraler Gegend

Der Strand und die Stadt sind nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber und mit allem nötigen Zeug ausgestattet. Der Vermieter hatte und noch Empfehlungen gegeben und wir könnten ihn jederzeit Fragen stellen. Würden aufjedenfall nochmal die Wohnung reservieren.

Séjour vacance aout en famille 4 personnes

Propriétaire au top, super sympa et toujours présent sur whatsapp à la moindre demande, Bernard nous a envoyez une multitude de petites infos à faire, manger, sortir à Malaga. L'appartement est dans une résidence à 15mn à pied du centre et 10 mn en bus de la plage de Malaga. Il est très fonctionnel. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut au calme, un peu de bruit le soir. C'est normal nous étions en période de feria, mais la nuit pas un bruit. A proximité, 2mn à pied, il y a des restaurants et une multitude de petits commerces pour faire vos courses, un carrefour et un lidl à 10 mn en voiture. Pour les places de voitures c'est un peu la bataille mais normale nous étions en période estival, je recommande vivement cette location et son propriétaire

appartement au coeur de la vie espagnole

Appartement parfait pour trois personnes au coeur d'un cartier typiquement espagnol. Bien équipé et tres propre. Le proprio est très attentionné. Tout les services à proximité et à une quinzaine de minutres à pied du cartier historique. Toujours possible de stationner un véhicule dans les rues avoisinantes mais aussi près des arrêts d'autobus pour les circuits principaux.

Breve soggiorno

L'appartamento è spazioso, ben pulito, dotato di tutto ciò che può servire durante il soggiorno (non solo gli elettrodomestici ma ci sono anche numerose salviette, asciugamani, carta igienica, condimenti vari, zucchero, persino le capsule del caffè!). È collocato in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa; si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e ci sono varie fermate degli autobus nelle vicinanze, ottimo per noi che ci spostavamo con i mezzi. Bernard è un ospite eccellente, rapido nel rispondere, gentile e flessibile, ci ha dato anche dei consigli e delle informazioni su Málaga spontaneamente. Grazie per averci fatto sentire le benvenute! Consigliatissimo

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Malaga L'appartement est spacieux et clair et très fonctionnel avec tous les équipements électroniques ménagers (machine à laver, lave-vaisselle) et tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires. Literie très confortable. Immeuble très calme dans un quartier avec des commerces, à 15 minutes à pied du centre historique. Le propriétaire parle Français et nous a donné plein d'adresses de bons restaurants. Málaga est une ville où il fait bon vivre et les habitants sont très accueillants. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir

El apartamento está bien situado, con paradas de autobús muy cercanas. Es un 4to con ascensor. Tiene ac en todas las habitaciones. El apartamento está muy limpio y con todas las comodidades. Horno, microondas, calienta aguas, tostadora, lavadora, lavavajillas, cocina de inducción. Muy completo en cuanto a equipamiento, sartenes, ollas, fuentes, cubiertos... Etc. Todo perfecto. Dueño muy amable y agradable, comunicativo. Muy muy recomendado sin lugar a dudas. Mi familia pasó unos días espléndidos.

Parfait et trés bien placé

Cet appartement est rénové à neuf,il ne manque absolument rien ,situé dans un quartier sur les hauts de MALAGA ,à la fois trés calme et trés proche des lieux de vie et de la plage (15 mns maxi à pied).La résidence est également trés propre et bien entretenue.Le propriétaire est trés prévenant .précis et convivial à la fois.Nous n'avons jamais été aussi enchanté d'une location !! Nous conseillons vivement et conservons les coordonnées pour surement y revenir un jour.Merci pour tout encore.

Super Wohnung

Wir waren zu 4. eine Woche in dieser Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage, zu Fuß ist alles erreichbar. Außerdem ist die Wohnung super ausgestattet und sehr sauber und modern / schön eingerichtet. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Würde diese Wohnung jedem empfehlen.
