Il n'est pas précisé que le studio est en demi sous sol, donc peu lumineux, mais très calme. Il n'y a pas de panneau de stationnement devant l'entrée de la place de parking, et l'accès est occupé par d'autres personnes.

La chambre est très confortable et assez grande pour deux personnes. Le lavabo est notamment nouveau et propre. Ce studio se situe au carrefour des belles villes, toutes proches du centre de Paris : Meudon, Clamart et Issy-les-Moulineaux. C'est idéal pour ceux qui aiment la tranquillité et la verdure.
